I recently visited your establishment, and I was met with a deeply disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that you were overbooked and could not accommodate me. However, what struck me as odd was that the place was far from crowded, and there seemed to be no valid reason for this claim. It was frustrating to be turned away without a reasonable explanation, especially when it was clear that no one else was around. What made the situation even worse was the rude behavior of the staff member handling the situation. Instead of offering a polite explanation or providing an alternative solution, the staff member was dismissive and condescending. The tone, language, and overall attitude displayed were unprofessional and added to the frustration of the situation. It felt as though my presence was more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to serve a paying customer. I understand that businesses can experience challenges, but to be treated with such disrespect and to have a clearly unjustified overbooking claim presented was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, understanding, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would not want anyone else to have to endure the same negative experience. I would appreciate a response to explain what went wrong and to ensure that future customers are not subjected to similar treatment. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
