Resting Pods - -Zzzleepandgo MXP Airport

Terrible. Noise from your neighbour and outside makes sleeping impossible. The ”bed” is a bit more comfortable than floor. ”Check-in” is a joke. You have to wait like minute between every step of process. Instructions tell you to open the door ”strongly”. I’m not sure if the door was ever really closed/locked when I was inside. Don’t book. These people are not doing this seriously, maybe this is some kid’s busines training project, or just a joke. Don’t book.

Nope!! Nothing worked except the lights. Ventilation and fan not working. Touchscreen not working so you can't access the TV for streaming or their wifi. Reached out to customer service and they know none of it works. The mattress is filthy and disgusting. If there is a toilet I never found how to access it. Asked for a refund and I was ignored. For 77 euro get a hotel. You have to go all the way out of security and get your passport stamped to access the pods anyway.

Not easy to use, didn’t receive an email so couldn’t get in the cabin and was told ‘impossible madam’ when I phoned the company, man very rude on phone. Wouldn’t use this company again……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Do not use their service at all!!!! Their hours are fixed and absolutely not aligned with transit flights. They don’t do refund of booking either. OMG!!! What are they doing? There no customer service. How can be this kind of customer service in the world nowadays!!!!

DO NOT USE - I had an 8hr layover in Malpensa, 1st: the location of the pods is terrible, right next to the bathroom and waiting area, which means you can hear EVERYTHING, even the sounds of bathroom flushing and hand-drier. 2nd: there is a charging outlet right next to the pod, so i had random people lying down right Infront of my pod (blocking my entrance to the pod) charging their phones and watching out loud. 3rd: on arriving the screen of my pod which i need to enter and exit was not working, i had no way of entering it was already 1:30am! it took an hour to get hold of customer service, who overrode the system and opened the door for me. This meant I couldn't leave the pod once i entered as I couldn't open the door from the outside. 4th: The pod is basic (nothing fancy was expected anyway) but very poor ventilation. Ventilation was basically opening the roof of the pod which meant all the sounds from the outside would come in. Would Definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Better book at a hotel nearby.

I stayed at the facility in the Vienna airport. I had a 10 hour layover. I got confused when I landed and followed the Transfer signs and went through customs/immigration. I should have followed the Exit signs. It took some time but I finally found the sleep cabins. At this airport they're referred to as, the sleeping cabins. When you get to your cabin look at the cabin number on the floor in front of the door. Lots of people, including myself, kept trying to open the cabin to their right. If you enter the wrong code too many times an alarm goes off. There are plenty of bathrooms around the corner. There are two vending machines. The beverage machine didn't have water. Only pop and juices. The snack machine did have some sandwiches. If you're hungry I suggest getting food and water at one of the airport restaurants before you get to the sleeping cabin. The bed in the cabin reminded me of a doctor's exam table. The end of the bed is raised a bit for a faux pillow. You may want to bring a travel blanket or pillow. I rolled up my hoodie to use as a pillow. The ceiling rolls back so you can get some ventilation but you also get the outside lights. There was also a light on in the cabin I couldn't turn off. I had a sleeping mask which I used. The screen on the inside wasn't working and I didn't have a password for the Wi-Fi but I was tired so I just went to sleep. I would stay at a ZZZlepandGo in the future. The price wasn't bad and it's a lot better than sitting in an airport chair for hours and sleeping on the floor. It was perfect for my long layover. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star because the screen wasn't working, the light wouldn't go off and I didn't have the wifi password.
