The hotel is the perfect choice if you want to spend some time in Fenghuang. The rooms are very clean and with a modern design. The rooms have a balcony with a table were you have the perfect view over the river. The breakfast is chinese and western style (buns, eggs, a lot of vegetables, fruits and cakes). The guy from the front desk (Tian) and the girl who was my housekeeper (Yan) were really nice and friendly and helped me with everything I need: carrying me luggage, getting a taxi and giving me any advice I asked about my staying.

Wonderful stay. Room is new, modern, clean, v zen, Muji-like. We totally loved it. The manager 燕子 was friendly, helpful & and threw in breakfast for good measure. The town is quaint and location of the hotel is excellent - it made for a lovely evening walk down the river. View of the river from our hotel room was beautiful.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We were super impressed by the enthusiasm of the staffs’ willingness to serve ! A big shout out to the manager Yen Zi (管家燕子）! Hotel was new and the decor was of zen style with soothing colors . The non smoking room we stayed was spacious with fantastic River view. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer provided was of a famous brand. We truly enjoyed the breakfast! Wide selection of local dishes and the coffee was from coffee machine with fresh beans, a rare find in locally run hotel in China. The hotel also provided shuttle service to Hong Qiau where the busiest streets of the Old Town were located! We felt like VIPs being chauffeured around ! All in all it was a stay that exceeded our expectation. I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely like to come back again!

Great Hotel. Clean and interior is quite nice. Comfortable tea area. Breakfast unfortunately not that good, at least foreign taste. Location is close enough to high life but not in the middle of it, therefore good choice.

訂了三間豪華江景，房間安排得很滿意，面積寬敞，傢俱和用品都很新，衞生也做得不錯，中秋在陽台賞月看風景，好愜意！管家小何的服務非常周到，有應必答，客房阿姨也很好，整個酒店的裝修都很禪意，下次還會住這兒。

這是近年來住的感覺超級好的民宿。 1.位置：處於鳳凰城下游的尾部，能感受鳳凰城魅力同時，獨得一份寧靜 2.環境：隨處可見的精緻茶具，一樓自帶的茶室可以自帶茶葉也可以請茶藝師 3.不得不説的服務：首先沒入住前管家就會確認入住時間，需要哪些幫助，因為是電車還預留了充電位置（慢充，1.5一度電）。其次每一個員工哪怕是收拾房間或者是餐廳收拾都特別有禮貌，服務意識都特別強（例子：小朋友要吃泡麪，員工就會立馬在茶室燒水幫孩子泡，比如孩子不小心摔倒，會抱到家長面前，説明睡覺過程，每天管家都會提醒吃早餐，前一天多要了一份泡澡工具，第二天會主動詢問是否增加……）如果衹有個別員工這樣，我覺得是員工自身原因，酒店每個員工都一致，那一定是管理。

酒店位置很好，在沱江下游，遠離鬧市區，適合親子帶娃出遊，近霧橋，橋頭就有網紅奶茶翠翠茶，出門去景區或者附近遊蕩也很舒服 窗外景色宜人，酒店有免費的純凈水自取，管家小鑽風很nice，有求必應，離店還贈送了特產小禮品，樓下有很棒的旅拍，推薦要來鳳凰的小夥伴

到店已很晚了，前台小帥哥第一時間給升級到了無敵陽台房，外面就是沱江，景色怡人，鬧中取靜！酒店衞生整潔乾淨，服務員都彬彬有禮，每個人都微笑服務.鳳凰古城很美，放空的三天也是逛吃玩開心的！值得再來！酒店值得推薦！

一般不會進行評價，實在是忍無可忍，從來沒有住過服務這麼差的酒店，真的不知道評價是不是刷出來的，清一色好評，但是服務態度很不好，完全沒有評論區説的管家式服務，我們想要看房卻一而再再而三的拒絕，而且服務員還當場翻白眼！還有虹橋接送也沒有告訴我們，入住須知都沒任何告知！唯一覺得好點的就是客房阿姨的服務，滿懷期待而至，充滿失望而歸！鳳凰古城挺好的，但是酒店就算了，服務與價格並不匹配！同等價格完全沒必要選她們家，受一肚子氣，讓我們的完美旅程以失望告終！

上次來鳳凰住的蓮花，這次選擇了墨蘭，真心喜歡這個酒店，謝謝管家小鑽風的熱情服務，還貼心給升到帶有陽台的觀景房，會推薦朋友來入住的。給個小小的建議，對於愛美的女生來説，還需要再增加一個全身鏡會更好的。

地理位置在鳳凰相對來説比較方便，因為連接古城內外，所以無論是打車到酒店門口還是在古城之內閑逛都非常方便，一門之隔。 管家服務非常到位，在古城內可以定點接送，因為古城交通相對不算便利，所以定點接送服務幫我們省下了很多腳程。 環境衞生非常不錯，管家小鑽風的服務反饋也非常及時，幫我們節省很多不必要的麻煩，會推薦朋友來

聽當地的司機説，素履蓮花在當地算是口碑很好的酒店。入住以後，確實對得起這樣的口碑！真實體驗如下： 1.地理位置優越，既能欣賞到古鎮的秀美，又能在鬧市中取靜。 2.酒店工作人員熱情，管家小何免費升級了房間，二樓小姐姐會提供古鎮遊玩攻略，前台能在退房後寄存行李。 3.酒店有專車接送到古鎮，交通方便，幾乎隨叫隨到。 如果時間充裕，真的還想再住幾天！

客服小鑽風接待服務很棒，帶着長者孩子出門，麻煩事情還是挺多的，小鑽風也耐心的幫忙解決了，酒店的位置可能偏下游，需要專車接送但環境還是很不錯的，景色優美，店家還幫忙幸運的升級了房型，有機會會再來（¯▽¯）👍
