The Coast House B&B

A lovely night away, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and professional. Well situated for the beach and local amenities. Breakfast was varied and the hot food was delicious. Really enjoyed the private pool

We stayed at the coast house for Easter weekend. Donna was a wonderful host, very friendly and informative. We stayed in the cove room. It was a lovely room, very clean and great bed. The shower was hot and powerful. Our breakfast was lovely. Cooked exactly how we wanted and presented beautifully. There were a range of juices to choose, cereals, teas and coffee. The gardens are very picturesque, the hydropool and hot tub were splendid. We booked the hydropool and hot tub twice and had exclusive use of the facility which was amazing. The coast house is in a great location in the village of Felpham. We had drinks at three local pubs and walked into Bogner Regis. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Donna even arranged a massarge for me with holistic therapest Trish which was absolutely amazing. Trish did a great massarge with reiki. Myself and husband were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

A superb B/B , the place is spotless , stylish , well kept , beautiful garden with a hot tub. Very nice breakfast also. It has a fabulous hydro pool you can use in total privacy. The rooms are outstanding, and your host is very welcoming, you feel your visiting a friend . An absolute gem in Felpham near the beach . Will make a point of returning many times .

Lovely b&b, very quiet location, nothing is too much trouble for Donna. Room was spotless with a very comfy bed and loads of space. Short walk to beach, pubs and cafes. Like staying in a home from home but with a pool! Donna gave us a few recommendations of where to visit, we took her advise and went to Arundel castle which was beautiful. Definitely somewhere we would go again and make use of the outdoor seating on a sunny day. Loads of choice for breakfast with great coffee!

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights as a family with 2 young children. The host Donna was incredibly accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully done and pristine clean, along with the rest of the b&b. we ate a fantastic breakfast both in and outside on the sunny days, beautiful garden views and again really attentive service. Couldn’t fault the place or service and would strongly recommend. Thank you

Immaculate, welcoming and relaxed accommodation. The garden is large and can imagine it to be super in the Summer. Lovely pubs nearby for meals. Donna is the perfect host with nothing being too much trouble Would certainly recommend The Coast House.

My grandparents booked this B&B but unfortunately it was unsuitable for their needs so after one night they came home. Donna was very understanding and gave them a voucher for the remaining nights which we were gifted and were able to use last week. Donna, as a host, was incredible. Nothing was too much, she was always making sure we had what we needed, including clean towels, bedding, cups, glasses, and refreshments. She was very knowledgeable about the local area and gave great recommendations for lunch and dinner. The pool was clean and warm, the rooms were very clean, with coat hangers in the wardrobe, dressing gowns and a hairdryer. The bathroom was absolutely spotless too and thankfully came with shampoo and conditioner as we had left ours at home! One thing I would suggest is having a peg to hang your coat, if we missed this it’s our fault but we couldn’t find one and also the toilet brush kept coming apart. Breakfast was delicious, my partner asked for extra bacon instead of tomatoes on one day and Donna was only too happy to do this. On the final day my other half had poached eggs on toast and he said they were the best poached eggs he had ever had! My tomatoes on toast were delicious too! Thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing few days. This B&B is everything and more and is a gem in a beautiful village, along with the host. We will hopefully see you again soon! Xxx

Beware, £1,116 paid/lost and never actually setting foot in the place due to us contracting Covid, her response, get insurance next time. My Husband and I believe in ‘treat people how you want to be treated’. We wouldn’t stay if she paid us, not nice !
