Pros: quick check in, comfy bed, spacious room, friendly reception staff.
Cons: room was a little tired and in need of a deep clean and a lick of paint. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming in terms of options. Room had a little patio however not a very inviting view!

It was a good hotel, great breakfast, good value and friendly staff. The fast that it has electric charging is a big plus!

A very foggy cold night after a busy day it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly and informative receptionist. One nights stay room with small balcony overlooking the golf course and an incredible heater. Water pressure in shower is low but water hot
The rooms feel they would benefit from being updated a few ******* . *TV remote didn't turn TV off had to get up and pop hand behind set and turn off at socket. **The hair on the bath definitely not mine! **No obvious hairdryer. ***Room Service called twice extn not answered went via reception transferred to the bar salmon cream cheese on brown ordered arrived quickly unfortunately on white bread. Pink G&T delicious. Breakfast. Warm welcome and explanation offered from team. Great variety and the hot food was hot. **** The team brief at the bar perhaps could have been carried out elsewhere. Checkout painless.

We were very disappointed in the standard of this hotel - generally unclean, shabby furniture, pillows hard, no hairdryer, en suite was dated, shower door didn’t fit, TV badly positioned. The Spa was dirty-shower was corroded, ceilings had mould, both steam room and sauna were filthy, not enough loungers. Outside grounds were unkempt and overgrown. The state of the Golf course was average and the Greens were bumpy. Overall the facility did not live up to its billing or adverts - we would not recommend.

The hotel is a bit dated, though the gym and the golf are very much up to date. The golf range is excellent.

What’s a very enjoyable Family stay at the golf course. We chose this place. As it was on offer and it exceeded our expectations. In many ways. The service was polite, friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean and the spa facilities were good for families, the only negative point was that at two of our three breakfast servings, The room was very busy and people were having to wait for a table. However, this was a bank holiday weekend and we were hitting the breakfast service at 9 am which clearly was a peak time. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We went for an Easter weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool and kids loved the golf.

Booked a premier room at the last minute, which was small, needed upgrading & a view over a roof. In my opinion very overpriced for what we got. A bottle of prosecco was in the room which was a nice touch. Guy in reception has been very helpful.

Our stay at Ufford Park was extremely disappointing. Our room was listed as ‘deluxe’.
I’m not sure how mould on the ceiling, cobwebs, holey curtains, hair in the plug hole, broken plug, scratched doors and a very stained toilet bowl can be classed as deluxe!
Also the breakfast was abysmal. We had to wait ages to be told to ‘ sit anywhere’ but infact there are no free tables. Once a free one became available we had to endure coughing and sneezing from the table next to us. The long queue for the single coffee machine meant we had to go without. There were no plates available at the buffet. The scrambled egg was cold and just awful and the remaining buffet was mediocre at best. The very young staff were pleasant enough but there seemed to be no supervision or leadership.
