Premier Inn Harwich

Premier inn never fails to impress. Travel with work frequently and safe to say that I see my fair share of interesting hotels. From moment of check in to departure I couldn’t fault anything. The staff were attentive and polite the room was clean and tidy and well stocked with necessary items such as tea & coffee etc. The team needs a praise, thanks for enjoyable stay away from home

It's not the first time we've done the trip from the North back to Harwich for the morning ferry, but it's the best hotel we've stayed in by far in Harwich. The port is meters away, across the car park and the roundabout - perfect! it allows you to sleep as late as possible. There is a Morrisons and Lidl in walking distance if you need any last minute items for the journey. The room was exactly to Premier Inn standard - bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable with quality bedding (extra pillows in the wardrobe), and the towels were lovely quality. We have stayed at a few other Premier Inns and Harwich is the best in my experience. We'll be booking again, next time we come over on the ferry from Hoek van Holland.

Very nice hotel, cozy & homely. Very nice personal, Georgia at receive and Tony for the rooms! Quiet and comfortable rooms. 105 and 209 are accessible rooms for wheelchair users. The bed though us quite low and they don't provide 'elephant feet' to make it somewhat higher. Bathroom is big for wheelchair! Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights , thx guys

We booked to stay here before a ferry crossing to Holland. The hotel is in a great location which makes it an easy morning especially having breakfast before going. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable and the room great. We even had a bath which is very rare in a hotel room, but very welcome. We came so we could use the ferry, the terminal being five mins away. Overall good experience and we would use the hotel again. Note we didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food.

Good dependable hotel. You know what to expect. Good beds & sizable rooms. Full bath and shower. Coffee & tea. hairdryer. Friendly staff. Free parking. Very handy for before or after ferry travel. Restaurant simple pub fare but OK at reasonable prices.

The room had black mold in the bathroom and the TV didn't work there's no air conditioning and the window only opens slightly for safety reasons but makes for a poor night's sleep

It delivers on comfort, staff friendliness and cleanliness. It is ideally situated for the Ferry Port and is good value for money.

The menu choices for dinner need changing, been the same at Brewers Fayre for some time. Kitchen closing times need looking at, food finish at 9.00 on a Saturday seems very 1970's
