La posizione ottima ma il prezzo è spropositato per i servizi offerti ma non usufruibili come la piscina. La colazione pessima solo pane, marmellata (non scherzo) e poco altro. Unica nota positiva lo staff gentile ma per il resto da dimenticare.

The best part of this hotel is the view to the Atlantic Ocean and the proximity to the natural pools, just for this it makes sense to stay there, however, comfort is not included in the price. The mattresses are very old, hard and uncomfortable.As a solo traveler, I wanted at least a full bed and had to sleep in twin beds the two times I stayed there. The breakfast is very poor and basic, not the best quality. It is what it is, I would stay there again just for the view!

We had a great time. The Hotel was clean, had a great view. The girls are very nice and make you feel welcome and very informative. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no where to eat. But over all we had a great time in Flores.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. The property is dated and not in great repair. WiFi is only available in the lobby of the hotel and was spotty at best. The only heat was a small space heater. Beds were very hard and cold and damp feeling. It was raining hard and rain was coming through the windows and making puddles on the floor in the hall. The positive was the incredible view of the ocean from the windows in the room

I see a bunch of bad reviews, but I don't understand them, truly. It's a 3 star hotel... Don't expect more. As far as 3 star hotels go, in an isolated island, it's one of the best I've stayed in. Nice accomodations, great service and amazing location, with most if not all rooms overlooking the ocean! The only complaint I have would be about the breakfast, and that's the reason for my 4 stars. It's just not acceptable, with a few pieces of bread, canned peach, instant coffee (yup, instant), slices of cheese, one type of jam and some corn flakes. My regards to the Hotel Staff, hoping to see you again soon, but with an improved breakfast 🤣

Pequeno almoço muito incompleto, sem fruta e pouca variedade de alimentos. Quarta a cheirar a mofo e sem qualidade, fios pendurados, cama pequena e com cobertores que só fazem espirrar. No fundo, um alojamento que não é 3 estrelas, deveria estar em obras e não oferece uma boa experiência de estadia. Comprámos fruta no supermercado para o pequeno almoço.

Boa localização, mesmo em frente ao mar, perto das piscinas naturais e a 10-15 minutos a pé de vários restaurantes. Staff simpático! Quarto a precisar de renovação, cama desconfortável e wc também antigo… Pequeno almoço muito básico, sem qualquer inovação (tipo de pão, fruta, etc) durante os 5 dias de estadia.

Ficamos numa suite, se é isto que têm para oferecer uma suite, nem quero imaginar o resto dos quartos. Toalhas manchadas e rotas, quarto a cheirar a mofo, decoração partida, televisão com “riscos”, o colchão mais duro e fino que vi em algum alojamento, banheira manchada, cabelos de outra pessoa presos no secador (…) Pequeno almoço muito mau, só tinha um tipo de pão, a única fruta que oferecia era pêssego de lata. Muito pouca oferta, terrível para um “Hotel de 3 estrelas”. Não consigo perceber como este estabelecimento se pode chamar de hotel e com 3 estrelas. Para nem falar da decoração e mobiliário da guerra de 14. Até an internet tem problemas as vezes. A única coisa a favor deste “Hotel”, é o atendimento, staff simpático. De resto, nada positivo sobre este estabelecimento. PS: vejam outros lugares, este em último dos últimos casos, conselho de amiga.
