I actually never stayed because they ripped me off. I reserved a room on the physical day of Nov.4th, @ 3:40am for Nov. 4th-5th ,got a confirmation that the reservation was for Nov. 3rd-4th. Tried calling immediately and they didn't answer until 8am.They told me I was ok and not charged yet they charged me anyways. After I disputed it they lied and said services were rendered even though I never set foot on the property BEWARE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

Absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst motel experience of my entire life. Our first room didn't have a single light which actually worked. We were given a second room with two small beds instead of the queen we paid for. We had several bugs but no bathroom trash can, washcloths or functional telephone. There were holes in the bed covers and dirty q-tips on the floor. The second night, our next door neighbors threw a huge, loud, window-rattling party and no one at the front desk would ever answer the phone. The police finally showed up but the party went on until 5am or so regardless. We were told by a sheriff's depar**ent detective later that the place rents rooms by the hour. You'd be better off sleeping in your car in a parking lot somewhere and keep your money.

Our business team stayed for a week. It is a safe, clean and friendly place to stay in Fayetteville. From start to finish, my experience was filled with comfort, warmth, and top-notch service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with some of the best nights' sleep I've had in a while.

The hotel room towels were dirty. the bed was dirty. I showed pictures and a video to the front desk staff.

We booked a room with a walk in shower. This Knights Inn did not have any rooms with a walk in shower for my wife who is in a wheelchair . The wheel chair could not go through the door into the bathroom! We want a refund to our American Express Card!

The bathroom was Disgusting the tube had black stuff in the grout. It was fruit flys in the room and also regular ones. Cigarette burns in the comforter.I took it as a lost and left less than 30 minutes and another thing the towels were stained

The toilet in the room would not flush, but the watwr ran constantly. I told the woman at the front desk. She said someone from maintenance would come and check on it. Nobody came. I told her she might want to check on it because with the water constantly running it would cost the motel in the long run. I was ignored.

Like location.
Familiar with property as far back as the 70s. An upgrade in room curtains would enhance facility.
Ms Brantley is an excellent hostess.

to check in , it was difficult. the lobby has been closed for 2 years . with no instructions posted on the door , you have to go around the side to a small window with a slot similar to a late night gas station. with the lobby being closed it means that there is no breakfast available. i think that a 2 year lobby closing there was enough time to update the online information. overall the stay was acceptable. i visit the area twice a year minimum. i will check around next trip.
