Camarò Favignana

I travel a lot with my family and this was the worst stay I have ever had. I stayed here because it was recommended by someone who was getting married on the island. He had never stayed there but it looked nice and there was a kitchen and swimming pool which is pretty essential for my family when travelling. We have no problem paying $500 a night for a nice room and good service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel. There is no safe in the room and we had $2500 in our passport wallet that went missing after an evening out. I hid it under my close and the whole wallet was gone. Our passports them selves were somewhere else and therefore didn’t realize it until we were back in Trapani. We had a local friend call but they said they didn’t have it. Other reasons I would not stay there: 1. They clean the room every third day (really?!?!) no beds made or fresh towels for 3 days? 2. Their “continental breakfast” is a croissant and jam/butter with juice or coffee. My son has a gluten free diet so I had to run to the grocery store to spend 35€ so we can eat breakfast 3. No coffee maker! 4. As mentioned, no safe. 5. Staff is minimal and not helpful at all! 7. No shade at pool area 8. No pool towels Need I say more. Save your money and stay somehwere else. The rooms were nice but the horrible service and misleading information does not outweigh. My friends stayed at another hotel that was close to the beach.

The lack of communication, overcharging, lies, cleanliness of our room and the overall noise from the surrounding rooms is astounding beyond belief. We were overcharged for our stay by €338

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and pool area are well designed and well equipped with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The pool area is fabulous. The whole place is immaculately clean and in a great location - a short walk to shops and restaurants. We hope to return some time soon!

Marina, disponibbile, cordiale,pronta a tutto… anche se non parte più il traghetto. Brava! Eleonora, gentile, sorridente, cordiale, educatissima, volentierosa e sopratutto cuore da gigante.. Adriana 4 anni la ama. Andrea, gentile lavoratore e sempre pronto a dare una mano. Andrea Barba , pronto, lavoratore, attento alla piscina e molto, molto educato. Sempre ad occhi aperti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la nostra bimba e stata la sorellina di tutti. ritorneremo con gioa da voi. Grazie di tutto..

Esperienza in principio molto negativa per il costo di una settimana (2,500 euro). Servizio pulizia non presente il primo giorno con mancanza dell’essenziale per la toilette. Stenditoio mai fornito con evidenti disagi trattandosi di vacanza di mare, nè con volontà di risolvere la situazione in nessun modo. In generale mancanza organizzazione non adeguata per un 4 stelle

Camera molto bella e spaziosa, bella anche la piscina (con acqua calda anche di notte)e personale gentilissimo. Collocazione molto comoda e vicino sia al porto quando sbarchi, sia al centro facile da raggiungere anche a piedi. Esperienza molto rilassante

La mia recente esperienza presso questa struttura è stata estremamente deludente. Le camere erano sporche e sembrava che le pulizie fossero inesistenti.. o quanto meno consistevano solo nel rifare il letto (ovviamente con le stesse lenzuola del giorno precedente). Non solo ho trovato polvere e sporcizia ovunque, ma anche lenzuola e asciugamani erano macchiati e dall'aspetto poco igienico. Altro problema la pesante puzza di umido delle camere e di fogna che fuoriesce dal bagno. La mancanza di attenzione alla pulizia ha rovinato completamente il nostro soggiorno. Non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un minimo di comfort e igiene.

Struttura moderna e molto curata con una grande piscina, ottima posizione personale cordiale. L'appartamento che abbiamo preso aveva un ampio living con un grande divano angolare, angolo cottura e una veranda ampia.. La struttura è dotata di un piccola palestra all'aperto..

Niente da dire sulla struttura che avrebbe enormi potenzialità purtroppo non sfruttate. Arredamenti non curati e difettosi. Rapporto qualità prezzo non congruo. Dato il prezzo ci sono dettagli troppo trascurati. Colazione inesistente e personale non adeguato ad una struttura che applica quei prezzi.
