Hustadvika Havhotell - by Classic Norway Hotels

We arrived on a Wednesday, though our reservation was for Saturday. A cheerful receptionist welcomed us, and we were thrilled to find ourselves in a newly renovated cabin with a fantastic sea view. Our dining experience at the Flo restaurant, which had a great reputation, exceeded our expectations. We opted for a four-course meal: We looked forward to test the restaurant uses local ingredients from the sea, shore, agriculture, forest, and mountains. First Course: Juicy fried cuttelfish with olive puree. Second Course: A green flavor-bomb pea soup with apple syrup, sourced from the chef’s own apple farm. Main Course: Baked halibut with exquisite garnish and sauce. Dessert: Crème brûlée with forest berries at the bottom. The wine cellar and cocktail bar offered an impressive selection. For our next meal, we enjoyed smoked whiskey salmon rolls, Skagen salad, duck breast with exciting garnishes, and a delicious brownie cake. Other dishes included cuttlefish brandade, chicken salad, and mascarpone cream with sorbet and chocolate ice cream, all prepared by the talented head chef, Henrik. The top-quality tableware and professional service further enhanced our experience. Breakfast featured an array of local produce, reflecting the emphasis on local ingredients throughout our stay. You also have the opportunity to fish yourself or join a fisherman out on the lake. We got 50 kg in 4 hours. 10 kg large cod, 8 kg long and everything else we wanted. Charming coastal guesthouse, outside Farstad. We were greeted by our charming hostess who gave us many tourist tips. The accommodation was clean and beautifully furnished, with private balconies overlooking the sea, which was most atmospheric even in cloudy conditions. There is access to a sauna. Dinner was delicious and substantial. Highly recommended as a relaxing getaway off the beaten track.

We are amused by Personel , places itself and nature in advance and for free , evening of arrive were cloudy , morning stormy , way back on road rainy but - all stay in that wonderful places were worth every penny. Great Flo restaurant with amazing Lady as waiter ( One for whole bunch of guests but enough ). Best experiences for a long time in such an abandoned point on the map . Our coach trip stopped at the Hustadvika Havhotell for lunch. We were welcomed and taken to a large room with tables for eight. A large bowl of fish chowder was brought and we helped ourselves. This was tasty and there was plenty to go around. Afterwards we walked around the beautiful locality were amazed that all the buildings of the hotel all had roofs of vegetation. Very eco friendly!

I love it. Marvelous nature. Friendly staff. Beautiful food. Close to Atlanterhavsveien, known as the Atlantic Ocean Road, or more simply Atlantic Road, runs across an archipelago of small islands and skerries in Møre og Romsdal county. Hotel and cabinets.Recommended for couples, families, single.

Das Hotel ist top und die Lage ein Traum. Neu ist aber ein sehr bemerkenswertes Bistro in dem kleinen grauen Haus neben dem Restaurant: Das betreibt noch nicht lange eine supernette Norwegerin und es gibt die besten „Fish & Chips“ ever! Ist auch logisch, die kommen nämlich aus der Top-Küche des Restaurants. Das Häuschen ist der Nachbau des ehemaligen Versorgungshauses der Fischer und die nette Norwegerin kann viel darüber erzählen. Es ist innen sehr urig und natürlich auch für Nicht-Hotelgäste direkt anfahrbar.
