The Story Guest House - Adults Only

I will start with the description… double room with ‘pole’, wasn’t sure what this was but looked closely at the pictures of the room. Still don’t know what it was, but paid for twin room with balcony and messaged in October. After three further messages, an unanswered phone call and text with NO RESPONSE, I contacted Airbnb. I had NO REPLIES to the same message I sent for over five weeks! AIRBNB also had problems, Which made the hosts (The story) ‘gets back within an hour’ statement on their ad laughable. Owner finally contacted and was so rude, tried to tell me I only paid for two nights (I had not it was four). When I said it was a room with balcony twin beds and four nights she SWORE and was SHOUTING down the phone. She then said it would be an extra £40 per night for the room with balcony and would send photos. She sent photos of the very same room I had booked originally! Avoid, Book elsewhere avoid this foul mouthed scam artist!
