This is a great place to stay. Our flight from Faro airport got cancelled, so we looked for somewhere nearby the airport. The airport is a 10 minute drive away, which makes it really convenient. Upon arrival, there was a 24-hour front desk service which was brilliant for such a last minute, late night booking. The staff member on the desk was lovely when checking us in, and took the time to chat to us. There were snacks and drinks to purchase at a good price at the desk which is very handy as there didn’t seem to be any obvious shops around. We stayed on the 5th floor and there was a lift to get us there. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy, and the towels were packaged in a beautiful way. The air conditioning was lovely, especially for a very warm evening. The shower had shower gel and shampoo which was great. Checking out was simple and easy, and the whole stay was a great price. Highly recommend.

Ended up here after EasyJet arranged a hotel for us due to an overnight delay to our flight. In all honesty we would have been better sleeping in the airport terminal! The staff were welcoming and helpful, but first impressions of the hotel and room actually brought me to tears. I ended up being in a room with my daughter whilst my husband had a room on the floor below, so I don’t know if this contributed towards me feeling so unsafe. The lift was extremely small and dated, so much so we used the stairs to our 6th and 5th floor rooms. I had huge concerns regarding fire safety as there was only one route for all floors out of the building and no external fire escape. The room itself was very dated, the bathroom and bedroom fixtures and fittings were cheap and old. Unfortunately it was one of those toilet situations where you can’t flush paper, instead putting your used paper in a bin, which just rounded things off greatly! The air conditioning worked well in our room but not in my husband’s. The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was rock hard and lumpy. I will say though that everywhere within the hotel was clean. The breakfast room location is bizarre as it’s in the basement with no window, when they have a half decent reception/bar area they could use. Breakfast itself had a good choice and the freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice surprise for us! All in all, if you have a choice I really wouldn’t pick here, even for a night. As I said, if I had to choose again, I would pick Faro airports terminal floor!

We picked the place for one night stop over. It is a basic hotel. Everything is as advertised and nothing unexpected.

In walking distance of both bus and train station which are door to each other. So you could get the bus from airport to main bus station then walk to hotel which is about an 8 minute walk. This is a 2 star hotel so you get what you pay for, I was happy with my stay, beds were a bit hard but I was only there for 4 nights. Reception staff were friendly and informative of area.

Stayed 5 nights and found the reception very helpful with any directions we needed and we were reccomended an amazing restaurant nearby,told how to get to the Faro beach and all the receptionists were friendly during our stay. Breakfast was 8 euros and you got fresh rolls/ 3 different meats/cheese//toaster/butter/jam/tea/coffee/juice/milk and hot beans/sausages/eggs were available..self service and eat as much as you need. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning is in the room. Shower/bath/toilet/tv and bidet in room. Like other reviews we had problems for a few days with the wi fi but once it was fixed we had no further problems. Very happy with our stay and would reccomend the hotel for a stay in Faro. very good value for what we paid.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a great location for both Metro and bus and lots of dining options nearby.

I asked if my gf. Could come inside for 2 hours vefore her work he said 120 euros or 20 euros cash in hand.. The rooms were older then moses its a bad hole. Bus stop outside and a shop up the street and cafe next door.. Beach is nice and food is poor. Beer and cigd were cheap.. Ferry took 30 minuites and was 3.50 euros each way
