Feel safe and comfortable live here. Room is very spacious. It is good location near by a lot of food, like smoothie king, seven 11
The sheet can be more clean, there was some yellow ink, no idea what is that.

Good: Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. Not Good: The shower water was not hot enough and the breakfast (eggs bacon and sausage) were inedible. The coffee creamer appeared to be outdated.

We booked for two nights but only stayed one. Desk staff was polite and courteous and refunded our payment for second night without a hassle. We booked a handicap accessible room because we need it. After moving in and getting settled in our door lock quit working. Desk clerk programed new keys but still didn't work, so we had to change rooms. (no maintenance person on duty at 4 pm on friday) Our new room was not accessible, smaller and had several problems. The bathroom door would not latch. Drain plug missing from bath tub. Huge rust stains in bath tub. The exit door at the end of the hall (10 feet away from our door) was broken and would not latch or even close all the way. 5 stars to the desk staff who tried to be helpful. Minus 5 stars to owners of the property who have failed to maintain what could be a nice hotel. Breakfast bar was not the best, but okay, but the breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Breakfast was crowded and noisy.

The tv didn't work, the phone didn't work. The hallways were visibly filthy. The tub was dirty. They never offered us a free night. I'm not a hard person to please but wow this was bad!

The stay was nice and comfortable. Nothing extra. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The carpet in the hallways need replaced. Worn, stained, and stinks

Carpet inside my room had some kind of dried sauce someone had spilled in the carpet, no attempt to clean this before I checked in. Entire hotel carpet stained with a weird smell. Even though I parked right next to the front door someone tried to break into my car overnight which left it damaged. STAY AWAY

Hotel is below average in terms of condition and care. However the location, friendliness of the staff and amenities are superior. Which gives this property an overall average rating. A good solid renovation would make this hotel super high end.
