At the entry, there is also an office/desk area to conduct your work/studies. This high table seats 4 people. Your view overlooks trees. Our berry farm is tucked away behind the trees on the 7.25 acres behind the farmhouse. Kick back and relax in this beautiful home that features 10 person dining, a massive kitchen island that seats 10 people, along with another bar that seats 4 people, living room area seats about 20-30 people. And there is a quiet area at the entry to work from home at a 4 person seating HIGH table. There is also a couch bench behind the couch for additional seating. There is a 6-7 person hot tub with outdoor shower, outdoor dining area, umbrella, barbecue and a large 20 foot gazebo with additional patio furniture and solar lighting all along the property, basketball hoop, some outdoor games, kids’s pool and 18 ft swimming pool with a solar cover to keep it warm. The pool is not heated (only by sun) if you keep the cover on.The farmhouse is 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and features 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 5 single beds and one futon in the rec room. Our farmhouse comfortably sleeps 15 people. If you have very young children, we provide a crib, high chair/s and gate ONLY UPON REQUEST. There are 6 smart TVs in the home (living room, Rec room, Master King bedroom, and upstairs in the Teal, Pink AND green Queen bedrooms. The Kids’ room is connected to their bedroom and this room will have a table and a couch for them to read or do crafts in. Kids' Rm lamps act as charging stations for their devices and the small lava lamps can be charged and are cordless and movable. Children's games are in the Play Room upstairs and consists of puzzles, drawing/colouring books, crayons, pencils, markers, gel pens, etc., a variety of board games and levelled children's books. There is also a Kid's Pool outside along with a tub of outdoor games such as a basketball/hoop, frizbee etc.Rec Room has a futon, games room features a pool table, fooze ball table, air hockey table, 2 arcades, and adult games with lounging area of bar tables and stools throughout the rec room. However, to allow for smaller family stays, we have closed off the upstairs floor and adjusted our nightly rates making the lower level now 2100 sq/ft for guest use. Guests can only use the lower floor in this booking. On the lower floor you will find: 1.5 bathrooms, 1 massive King bedroom with a private seating area to read your favorite book by the double-sided gas fireplace, private ensuite leading to his/her closets and separate vanity sinks, soaker tub, and 2 person shower, enclosed private bathroom stall. Because there is only one bedroom on the lower floor, a futon has been provided in the Rec/Games room which sleeps 1-2 people. There is plenty of parking on the property for up to 8-10 cars.
