alot of damages in the room. bathroom in poor condition. leaking water, damaged tiles, tub not clean , sink not draining

The hotel is all nonsmoking but was smoky in the building. Carpet looked dirty and needed cleaned. Sheets had stains on them. King room did not have couch but we were switched to a double room for no charge. Cheap price and staff was very friendly.

Staff and owner were very helpful, We checked in late and kids wanted milk. They gave the whole carton of milk and warm it up for us. We will definitely come next time.

Empty chip bags and trash in room. Room was extremely stuffy like ac filter needed to be changed. No shampoo or conditioner. Would not stay again staff was rude, I helped a elderly couple with walker up stairs after staff told them that they wouldn't help and told them it's only a couple stairs and wouldn't give them a refund. 2nd night something was going on because there was multiple police officers in lobby. It was in a good location other than that no good.

The bathroom was filthy. Tub and curtains so dirty we didn't even shower. TV remote was grimiest ever seen. Had to get behind headboard to retrieve something and the dirt and dust was unbelievable. Sheets were wrinkled and greyed. Unbelievable that ******* has anything to do with this mess.

"I recently stayed at the Bison Inn and wanted to share my feedback. While the hotel has potential, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations. I noticed that cleanliness could be improved, as there were some areas that required attention. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor that was not pleasant. Lastly, I encountered an unfortunate incident where I noticed some dried vomit on the carpet, and the bath tub was so disgusting that i couldnt believe it.
I believe that by addressing these issues, the Bison Inn has the potential to create a more enjoyable experience for its guests. It's crucial for hotels to maintain high standards of cleanliness and address any unpleasant odors promptly. I hope that my feedback can contribute to their efforts to enhance the overall guest experience.

The price was fair but the cleaniest of the hotel was dirty the rooms were not cleaned and the bathroom was disgusting it was hair all over the place towels were dirty the bed sheets had stains all over and the floor were full of spilled liquids

The staff was good. Otherwise everything else about this location is poor. The odor of burned/smoked substance radiates throughout the entire facility. The odor gets into your clothing. My room was not clean. I found several long strands of hair in bed, wall, floor and bathtub. Many stains on shower curtain. I slept on bed, not in it. I do not recommend this location at all.

I don't know if the Bison got new owners recently but our stay in October was 100 times better than our visit 3 months prior. The room seemed to have received some TLC. Repairs had been completed. The room was a comforting, welcome, private space to relax. Much cleaner atmosphere. Most importantly to me on this trip, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They made us feel as though they genuinely cared, no pretending or fake feelings
