During Summer months, this cottage is only available for weekly rentals! Booth Lane is a 4 season cottage that sits upon over 200 feet of private shoreline, which overlooks beautiful Faraday Trout Lake, in Bancroft, On. The cottage has recently been renovated with brand new maple kitchen cabinets, counter top, sink, and tap. Washrooms have also had a facelift with new fixtures and counter tops. In the kitchen and living room, there is new vinyl flooring and laminate wood flooring. This cottage comes equipped with a full kitchen with small and large appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, cutlery and dishes, and pots and pans. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub combo. We provide an Amazon Firestick with Disney +, Amazon Prime streaming services, a TV, and a DVD player with your rental. For you and your guests' enjoyment, the cottage comes equipped with a rowboat and paddleboat. Cottage offers a lovely private beach with great swimming with no weeds and a clean, clear waterfront. Just outside the sunroom, there is a private patio with propane BBQ. Life jackets or (PFD's) are available for adults in limited sizes. On the beach is a firepit where you and your family can enjoy having a campfire and roasting marshmallows. General Area Located on private lakefront property on Faraday Lake, which is about 4.9 miles from Bancroft. The shoreline is composed of sandy beach and rocky, picturesque areas. We are very particular about keeping both the interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and updated for all ages. Each cottage is completely private, with natural woodland surrounding each one. Equipment Provided Each cottage is fully equipped with modern indoor plumbing, hot and cold running water, and showers. All cottages feature a colour TV, & AMAZON FIRESTICK, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, as well as a conventional cooking stove and fridge. Our cottages contain either wood burning stoves or electrical heaters. There is a propane Bar-B-Q for each cottage. All cottages come equipped with their own aluminum or fiberglass rowboat and dock. There is one paddleboat to be shared by guests. Campfires can be arranged at a safe outdoor pit near the shoreline (provincial restrictions may apply). A 100% refund is provided for travelers canceling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers canceling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers canceling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: The primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, and pets permitted. No smoking inside the cottage and no buts will be permitted to be disposed of on property. We don't allow excessive drinking or load music on the property. A max of 2 pets cottage are allowed, all animal must be picked up and disposed of on outside of property. All garbage and recyclables must be removed upon departure and taken to the local Faraday Township dump in clear garbage bags. We provide a Temporary dump pass and kit. The Facility is now charging for Temporary dump pass.
