TTanja.dblThis hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The attention to detail and the warm service made it feel extremely special and comfortable. The garden and the rooms are super beautiful with so much attention to detail. It felt like a sacred, holy place with its temple, library and tea room as well as the garden. The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot with planning our trip. The drive us to the Fanjing Mountain and also organized a driver to pick us up in Tongren when we came and a driver to drive us to Fenghuang the day we left. Also they had amazing foods and although we are vegetarians and don’t eat meat they had plenty of options. We were lucky to meet a master (teacher) of Buddhism and his student (a tea master who was learning about Buddhism from him). They also made this trip very special since we got invited to traditional tea ceremonies and were able to listen to the singing of prayers and traditional Chinese instruments they played for us. This hotel is the perfect place for these sort of guests and it’s perfect if you want a relaxing meditative Chinese experience. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful as well and perfect for going on a walk to explore a little. We hope we will be able to come again in the future.

UUgyen ZangmoI had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the kind and handsome staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and even upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious room with stunning views. He also surprised us with some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the egg dish😊, I’d love to know the recipe if the owner sees this review!😂 On the second day, when we were preparing to climb Mount Fanjing Shan, the staff went above and beyond by providing us with gloves and a raincoat, as well as offering us a lift. Their generosity and attention to detail truly made our trip so much more comfortable. We had such a great time and are so grateful for the hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. P.S. A big thank you to the handsome staff member who made our stay so special and memorable!

BBu Bu (Thomass)First of all, I would like to compliment the lady boss, Ms. Chen and Madam Liu for their thoughtfulness, hospitality and kindness during our 2 nights stay in the homestay. We were allocated 2 room units at level 5 for a 2 x double bed size and 1 x queen bed size for my family. The homestay had installed a lift to provide the guests easy access to their allocated room unit without carrying heavy luggage bags up to the upper level which I discovered other homestay units don't provide such facilities. The staff are most helpful and always there to provide assistance in particular when I need to clean my dirty laundry, the owner offered their assistance to help with laundry service and dry out hanging while we can go for our mountain outing at ease. Also, they took an initiative to prepare the necessary personal items like a walking stick and rain coat before you set off to the mountain trekking to save us from unnecessary spending of such expenses. Such a kind gesture is appreciated as the items may be a one time usage. Overall, our stay was extremely wonderful and satisfying which I personally recommend huanlin guesthouse and I will definitely reserve the same guesthouse should I will made a visit to Fanjinshan again.

TTài khoản kháchI’m proud to be the first to review this great hotel. First the location. I don’t think you can get any closer to the entrance… it’s literally the 3rd hotel from the entrance. It took me 7 minutes to walk to the entrance at a leisurely pace. Next the excellent staff. Super service answered all my questions prior to my arrival regarding tickets to Fanjing. I was also late to check out and come down from the mountain because of the rain… they were very understanding. The room was also spotless. Super modern… with this really cool shower system that was unique but intuitive. This is a new hotel and as of July 2025, the hotel has only been open for 6 months. The room was pretty much exactly as it looked like in the photos. The only thing western travelers may find odd is that the first floor is an authentic Chinese restaurant which you have to walk though. For me it was a festive entrance every time! Overall a great bargain.

TTài khoản kháchIf you want to be up at Fanjingshan before the crowds arrive, staying at Longting Courtyard is the right decision. When you artived at Fanjingshan Tourist centre, Longting boss will pick you up and bring you to buy the entrance ticket for tomorrow hike. And then bring you to Longting Courtyard to check in. Next morning, the lady boss will cook up a bowl of delicious noodles soup for you to fuel up. Then the boss will bring you to check in at the Entrance. After that you will board the sight seeing shuttle bus up to the cable car station. Fanjingshan is all yours to explore before the crowds arrive. If you need transport from Tongren Railway Station to Fanjingshan Tourist centre, Longting lady boss will provide you with the driver contact number. One way is 35 yuan. The room is comfortable and spacious enough for us and they are clean. We are happy with our choice of staying at Longting.

HHandsome oneI want to give 10 stars to this excellent and awesome hotel. Can? Firstly it is new, it is clean and check in was a breeze. it is close to East Gate mountain. The hotel staff will give you direction. They will introduce a restaurant the food is delicious and a surprise 20% discount awaits me unexpectedly which is so cool. The bed is very comfortable and the room lightning is very soothing. Shower is strong and the laundry is welcoming. Having said all that what I find most amazing are the 3 hotel receptionists Ms fu, Ms Yang and Ms Xu. Beyond my expectation these 3 young ladies performed their duties beyond my expectation. They will assist you with all means, sincerely and with the greatest attitude. Heck, Ms Fu even help to order meals for me! That you find sometime is lacking even in 5 star hotel. My 2 night stay is extended because of their kindness to make my venture at 梵净山 much more memorable. I can't ask for more. So their hospitality must be acknowledged with the greatest gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you ✊✊✊

TTài khoản kháchA hidden gem! This resort type of hotel is so rare in the area. We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures… Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button. This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails. This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price. However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more. This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area. Special thanks to the wonderful customers service team and Lin and Liping for their hospitality.
