We had a wonderful experience with our stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel/room was very clean and very nice. The restaurant and bar were wonderful as well. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Portland.

Staff at the property is very accomodating and the restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Guest Rooms could use some updating. Also a little more attention to detail could be paid from cleaning staff on condition of room. Overall though, great stay and close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and Old Port area

Loved this property. The shower was amazing! The hotel had a great ambiance. Would recommend this place over and over!

Bathroom light fixtures dirty.
Lamp shade had something red inside splattered. All over it.
Didn’t clean the remote controls.
Didn’t want to touch anything. Cleaned all surfaces myself.
Better trained cleaning staff needed
Restaurant was fine. Service was slow for dinner. food was just ok. Breakfast was great. Suggest the pizza guy wear gloves when handling pizza dough.

It was all good except I slipped and fell on water on the floor in the lobby. The employees did not even help me up. Two guests finally came and helped me stand up. I was really shocked that they did not write a report if the incident. I’m almost 72 and hit my head in the fall

Room was OK for a quick stay, but not particularly comfortable or anything, so I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. Location is a little out of the way, but not bad. Staff interactions were so-so. Overall, not a particularly good or bad place to stay. Just so-so.

Our room was dirty, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and I felt like I could not walk around without wearing shoes. There was no tub, only a shower, which I found to be odd.
