Cedarwood Apartments

We stayed in Cedarwood Apartment 4 and this amazing comfortable apartment just made our trip. We have stayed in various alpine locations before but this one has been the best so far. Easy access to everything in and around Falls Creek, and a very well equipped apartment with lovely manager made our stay the best and we will definitely return again this summer!

Great facilities, TERRIBLE manager. Customer service was terrible during and post-stay. It explains why there is always availability. Narelle, you definitely leave a terrible impression on every guest that stays at Cedarwood. Not sure how you keep that job with all the bad reviews you get.

Four of us stayed in apartment 25 and had a great family experience ! Freshly renovated, immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you need to be able to relax after snow days and also cook for yourself. Plenty of space to not be on top of each other and nice and warm. Beds were very comfortable and ensuites and showers were great. Drying room inside the front door is very handy. A suggestion: A rubber floor mat would be a good idea so you don't slip on the tiles when getting wet ski boots off. Able to ski in via Orys trail and out via Schuss St to the door. (or can use Stop 6 for the shuttle if your not confident on skis) The ATS is a must to get your luggage up the hill, it drops you to the door. Ski hire place in the same building was also handy.

We have recently just had a 5 night stay a Cedarwood apartments in No.25. Wow what can I say, from the moment we arrived Narelle was there to help us settle in and continued to help guide us throughout our stay. We even got a curtsey call to say our apartment was ready for us. Our apartment was clean and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm. The apartment access to ski in/ski out was right at our back door which was perfect for our little skiers. We could not have asked for a better place to stay at Falls Creek! We will be back!!! We tremendously enjoyed our stay at Cedarwood during our ski trip in August 2022. The studio7 room was clean with good facilities and an excellent view. We notified Narelle in advance and we were able to check in a little early with our luggage since we took a shuttle up the mountain. For future improvements, I recommend adding a plug-in burner for cooking to this studio. Also, the two single beds pulled together were a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our needs, great service and beautiful views. We would definitely stay there again.
