Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room...high point the heating system - I liked that it has a sleep mode for the fan, which keeps the fan running steadily rather than loudly cycling on and off constantly. Also, the mesh filters were very recently cleaned, so thumbs up on that from this COPD sufferer. The rest of the HVAC unit hadn't been brushed or vacuumed off in quite some time as there were dusty cobwebs in the corner of the top vent and the front of the unit. The bathroom was meh. The tub didn't pass the glove test at all. There was hair in the tub and all over the bathroom floor which hadn't seen the business end of a broom in awhile. The mat looked like it had been refolded and reused. And I wish hotels would STOP going cheap on the TP - it was like using sandpaper!

The mattress was really broken down. Need a place to sleep due to a long drive and inclement weather at home. It provided a place to sleep and take a shower, so it was fine in that respect. The bed was pretty bad. seemed to lean to one side, or the mattress was more broken down on that side, felt like I was about to roll out of the bed the whole night, like a camper parked on a hill.. The sheets were kind of rough. The night desk guy was nice enough. You can't expect much for $60 though.

The room smelled my wife went to use the bathroom and came out screaming with her pants still down cause something was floating in the toilet

this is an example of you get what you pary for, the heating system cycled on and off every 45 seconds, the room is very outdated as the the bath fixtures, but for what we paid it was satisfactory.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, my room was clean, everything was hassle free. Would recommend!

Katie at the front desk was an absolute angel! She would be the reason I would come back. She treated my family like royalty in a really tough situation and I cannot be more grateful!

Fast check in; clean; nice staff; a little ‘outside’ the village, so reasonably save

Clean room, very dated amenities. Tv had a line of pixels out so it was difficult to watch TV.

Outside of property not well lit. Checked in late a night and she put me in a room very far from lobby. So close to highway that noise was so bad all night. Doors so thin, it was so loud outside my door. Not a good experience. Didn’t feel safe
