Great location, very clean, and easy-to-follow instructions. Everything was exactly as described, and the whole stay was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend. Great stay all around!

Don't be fooled by the outside My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. Parking could not be any easier, but pulling up to the outside we weren't sure what we were walking into. But once we walked in everything seemed brand new and super clean. The space is conveniently laid out and it was perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet. Not much is walkable from the house, but everything seems to be within a 10 minute drive.Regarding the outside, we learned from Ryan that the other side of the house is currently getting renovated to turn it into a another short-term rental space. That explained the boards in the window!We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

Tonya Feyler We stayed over as a halfway drive point to north Myrtle Beach. Every thing was fine, clean the wine was a nice touch. Although none of us drink. We did hear some construction next door but it was time to get up anyways. Thank you for a great visit.

Super comfortable Ryan is such a great host! He gave us the choice of flannel or regular sheets! The neighborhood was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the living room and kitchen spacious and well-appointed. Loved being able to do a load of laundry after a hard day of hiking, while enjoying a show on his giant TV. Thanks, Ryan!

Ryan's Fairlea house It was a quiet clean little place to stay. Walking distance to a grocery store and fast food joints. I met Ryan the owner, he was a super nice guy, he was flexible and easy to work with. His place was stocked with all the essentials. I was there for work, but it would be a great home base for a vacation getaway. There's plenty to see in the surrounding towns. If I'm ever in the area for work or pleasure I will definitely contact Ryan and see If he has a place available to stay.

Everything was wonderful! The place was very clean, the roads in the neighborhood were kept plowed during the storm, and there was plenty of extra stock of things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent! Thank you all again, it was perfect! :)
