Property sits next door to a historic small cemetary. House is backed up to a wooded area with active train track. Amazing vibe however….
The home has an amazing vibe, however do be aware of a few things….1, it is adjacent to a busy highway/ a cemetery and a train track2. The loft area is exceptionally warm…you will have to use the provided fan3. A lot of stink bugs were present in the house…they affect the stay

Way better than expected!!
Stayed here with my boyfriend for a night. We were pleasantly surprised! Super cute ambiance within the house. Very very clean. TV, Air, water, all worked great. Definitely was skeptical since it is next to a cemetery but honestly didn’t feel like it at all once you were inside. Great stay and great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

Charming place but location was issue
The place had charm but it wasn’t enough to make up for the location. The fact the the train tracks are around 40 ft from the back door was challenging. The noise level and vibrations were quite unsettling and a train came by around 10 times in 24 hour period. The road noise is also very loud. Also it was a bit unsettling to be next to a cemetery and across the street from a corrections facility. I didn’t realize it wasn’t near a neighborhood at all.

Wonderfully updated piece of history
Only stayed one night but would love to come back again and stay longer. Comfortable, open concept space, perfect amount of amenities for a short or longer stay.
We really enjoyed the decor and history of the building.

Stayed for basketball game
Clean place. Good communication. Very unique with lots of character. Agree with other reviews of the “Halloween factor” but other than that, good place to sleep after a Purdue game.
