The third time staying at this hotel, I have no complaints as always. Room is clean, however the provided amenities are limited. The breakfast is delicious and starts at 6:30 for early checking out guests

For the price I paid, I guess it is what it is. The carpeted floors were stained. The towels weren’t pristine clean. The walls seems old. Service was impeccable tho.

Appalled by the room cleanliness. Able to spot long hairs on my bedside carpet on the first day and still not vacuumed even on the day I left. Toilet walls had some mould growing (I rubbed against it and it came off). Room is spacious and aircon is strong. Breakfast had a ok variety but what's annoying is the used napkins on our tables being served as new ones. We went during a busy period but it's not excusable. Sufficient gym facilities for basis free weights and polite staff. Can do better on maintenance.

Fairfield by Marriott is a great hotel located in nice location near to pakuwon mall. It very clean and the room is spacious

Clean and very friendly staff and manager. Well organized bed room and clean, super clean swimming pools.

While the hotel’s interior may appear a bit dated, the quality of service more than makes up for it. From the moment of check-in to the time of departure, the hospitality was truly outstanding. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a good mix of both local and Western options. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the overall experience.

Good location wise, super friendly and manner staffs and spacious room. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Surabaya.

My 2nd time staying here and always satisfied with the warm service!! The receptionist was really helpful and nice. I love their modern and clean look, the room is super spacious! If your’re a breakfast buffet lover you must love their breakfast! 😍 Definitely worth ittt

Buffet breakfast was amazing! Attentive staff who asked about the meal and guided us throughout. Not to mention, the breakfast had many options! View from the room is really pretty too!

Old hotel, but decent. Overall happy except with the ammenities.

Staff are freindly and support for all of our needs. Small improvement from security : please support guest vehicle from hotel to main road. Most of them only watching, not helping to block the traffic.

Worth the price. Good service, when we got into the room, it's already very cold. The breakfast was good and had many variaties. Gym was proper. Swimming pool looked clean. Kid's club was good.
