Hotel não apresentou um bom atendimento, mas é muito bem localizado. Aparentemente o melhor hotel da região diante do custo benefício. Não fizemos refeição no local mas existe um grande restaurante bem em frente.

The hotel is clean but pretty shabby. Outdated rusted plumbing in the bathroom and rude staff. Supposedly they have free parking for guests. We arrived late at night so had to park on the street. Upon early checkout I asked if we could re park or car in their free garage at least until checkout time. The response was that since we just checked out, we could not use their parking garage. Then I suggested that we change our check out time until it was due, and then the person said that they don’t have any space in their parking garage. So, I guess they do have parking for guests, but not for all guests at any rate.

Pros - Friendly and helpful front desk staff, good location, places to eat nearby, most of the attractions in town within walkable distance, a walk to the cliffs possible for young and old, near the beach, for 7€ there is a petite train ride up to the cliffs.
Cons - A bath tub but without shower curtain. Toilet is wet most of the time, guests staying above walking hard on wooden floors, no storage room for baggage, very basic room (no kettle, no hairdryer, no A/C. Pricey for a basic room and it’s end of summer holidays.

Arrivés sans réservation nous avons été très bien accueillis par une personne très à l'écoute des clients De bons conseils pour les restaurants et visites. Petite chambre très propre, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Une bonne literie pour une nuit de sommeil parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner est traditionnel et suffisant, la salle de service très lumineuse et propre. Les communs auraient besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement mais sont également propres. C'est un intérieur de bâtiment ancien avec son charme.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre très mignonne avec une petite attention en chambre avec des pétales de roses. La literie était très confortable. Merci à Karine de la réception pour sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils sur les activités et restaurants à proximité. Un hôtel à recommander :)

Nous avons séjour en famille (1 couple + 1 personne). Nous avions demandé lors de notre réservation s’il était possible d’avoir des chambres proches et cela a été respecté bien au delà de nos attentes. Nous remercions le personnel pour cette attention. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et équipées comme il se doit. Le petit déjeuner est très correct (confitures, yaourt, boissons au choix et croissants frais ! ) Le personnel super accueillant. Esprit de famille comme à la maison, tout ce que l’on aime ! Hôtel très bien situé (à deux pas de la plage et commerces très très proches). Une fois la voiture stationnée dans le garage appartenant à l’hôtel (tarif très correct à la journée) tout se fait à pied ! En bref, nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Hotel très bien placé au coeur d etretat près des restaurants et de la promenade en front de mer. Personnel accueillant, aimable. Literie très confortable, quelques changements à prévoir, moquette et armoire un peu surannée. Nuit sans bruit malgré l hôtel complet. Petit déjeuner très correct pour un prix raisonnable. Agréable séjour.
