The service person, Justin, was always smile and very helpful and very skillful about his work. Great location. Nice facilities.

Connor at the front desk made us feel extremely welcomed. He took time to tell us about the history of the hotel, a little about Estes Park, and changes forthcoming..breakfast in the future.
The indoor pool and game room were a huge plus as we had two teenagers and two littles.
Connor took our request fir adjoining rooms very serious and was able to accommodate us.
Would come back and eager to see if upgrades are in the future for the hotel.

Nice, easy stay. We learned they changed management recently and though the common areas and halls are dated, the room was clean and comfortable. Not the Ritz, but perfectly acceptable place to sleep

When I made the reservation I asked for joining rooms.
When we checked in they had us a few doors down from eachother. And said that was the best they could do. The hotel was maybe 15% full
The rooms are very outdated, ceilings fallin apart
Hot tub was not working
Patio was closed off even though it was sunny and 55

It was so freaking cold down where we stayed in 710 the hallway was freezing but the rest of the hotel was not we had the heat on high all night and morning. The products at the snack shelves seemed old and dusty. It wasn’t really a great smell walking in. Kind of like a basement smell.

Booked a King bed with a Mountain View. I got a two queen bed with a view to the side of the building next door. Staff seemed confused as to my check.

Room was clean , staff friendly, walls are not very thick , ac unit helped drown out noise if there was any , not to bad , just depends on what kind of ppl around . Fire place in lobby area warm and relaxing .

The receptionist guy was really nice on our check in and at check out was a different guy nice too, but seems a little confused. Just a comment: the beds are to high for me, well I'm short lady. And you need to have a restaurant in side of the hotel. Other than that I love the place and I love that your place is pets friendly.

I was very put off by reviews and conflicting reports about this hotels quality and renovations.
But then I stayed here and it was phenomenal. Excellent value for a stay in Estes and the hotel has everything you need but breakfast. It’s 2 min from the Stanley and downtown. Staff was great.
