Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment.
