Precioso hotel en ubicación idilica, dentro de la medina. Las habitaciones con vistas al mar son excepcionales, ya que estas literalmente encima del mar. Super recomendable

Hôtel ryad excellent, très bonne accueil personnel souriant et serviable, chambres très propre, sublime avec une architecture marocaine moderne, une vue panoramique magnifique sur l'océan. Je conseille vivement sa vaut vraiment le détour.

The hotel asked me to switch my sea view suite to a standard room when I arrived without any notice in advance. The standard room is cold and wet. They gave me a free dinner for the switch instead of a refund. Additionally, I got food poisoning in their restaurant. The hotel refused to admit it and offered no compensation. I have stayed in Morocco for more than one month and never got sick in any other city, so I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The views from the rooms, restaurant and terrace are breathtaking. It is a great price for a luxury accomodation. Situated perfectly in the essaouria medina it’s the best spot for exploring. You’ll have to walk with your bags or get a porter but other than that it’s amazing. Rooms and comfort ale and spacious

We stayed in one of the junior suites with the most incredible view. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The road has an incredible roof terrace with 360 views. Perfect for lunch also. A lovely quiet road off the beaten track. Its a bit of a maze getting there but well worth it.

This Riad was right next to the sea. The views were fabulous from the sun deck. There was also a great indoor sun lounge if too chilly outside. Both were next to the restaurant which also had excellent views and the food was also good. The room was comfortable, clean and had windows which was a welcome bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Essaouira was much more pleasant and cleaner than Marrakech. The woodworking area definitely worth a visit. It has a great beach although the sea was rather cold! Good selection of restaurants.

The view from the restaurant is extraordinary! The food was awful. My sister ordered a jumbo shrimp dish and asked the waiter repeatedly if he was sure there were no peppers in the dish. She even showed him photos on the internet to make sure he understood. She even advised him she was allergic to all peppers. He said. “No peppers”. When the dish arrived it was covered in peppers. He said he would take the dish back & wash off the peppers but she explained that would not work. Repeatedly asking him to take the dish back & she would order something else. She asked to speak with a manager who (after 15 minutes of conversation) agreed. She finally ordered a salad with shrimp after being assured that the shrimp were not the tiny but medium sized. The dish came with tiny shrimp that did not taste fresh so she removed the shrimp and ate the salad. In the meantime the pasta dish I ordered became cold (was only warm when it was served). It was a salmon pasta with a very few thin slices of salmon and not very tasty. So, we certainly do not recommend this restaurant. In fact, we strongly recommend that you avoid it.

Wonderful authentic riad at the ocean within the Medina. Somewhat run down but has an old world charm. Ocean view rooms & suites have magnificent views of the coast. Definitely worth paying extra for an ocean view room ! Upper floor restaurant has full wall glass windows to enjoy the ocean rolling waves. Food was rather pricy for being just average. Nice staff.
