Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El hotel es lindo. Fui con media pensión y la cena no era buena. Platos chicos. El desayuno que me tocó era pobre.... Depende de lo que contrato quien armo este paquete . Tiene un supermercado enfrente. Nunca camine por la zona así que no se cuan lejos estaba del mismo. No lo repetiría si pudiera decidir yo el hotel

Muy buena ubicación. Me alojé 3 días. Destaco la especial atención de Milagros en recepción, cuya disposición y celeridad para resolver dificultades en mi retorno aéreo a Bs As ,hicieron que finalice el viaje tan bien como el impacto maravilloso que tuve en el Campo de Tulipanes, Trochita, Cascada Futaleyfú. Gracias Milagros otra vez!

En un tiempo muy lejano tuvo tres estrellas, en la actualidad siendo muy generoso, apenas se acerca a dos. La habitación (segundo piso) muy pobre, el baño con artefactos de los 80, totalmente deteriorados, canillas que gotean, perillas flojas, inodoro marcado con sarro por perdida de deposito. Perilla de cerradura de la puerta totalmente floja y con problema en el accionamiento. Desayuno muy básico, lo mismo que la cena. Atencion del personal totalmente deficiente, ( te cobran un costo adicional por llenar un termo de medio litro con agua caliente). Frigobar inoperante. Un solo ascensor.

Una falta de respeto como atienden las consultas de parte de quien quiere acceder a su servicio. Necesitaba hacer una reservación y me respondían cada dos días enviándome solo el pdf con la información, ni siquiera me ponían buen día. Nunca me confirmaron una cuenta bancaria para hacer la transferencia por lo cual no pude ni siquiera ir. Inentendible. .

Muy buena atención. Precio calidad excelente, y las habitaciones súper cómodas. Tiene estacionamiento grande también. Mejoraría un poco el desayuno porque todo es Dulce y solo hay jamón y queso salado

Realmente tengo que destacar la excelente atención de todo el personal pero hago una mención especial a Erica, que estuvo atenta todo el tiempo a todo lo que necesitaba, destacó su calidez y profesionalidad.Estuve una semana en el hotel y me voy muy conforme con todo, el desayuno correcto, la limpieza excelente, la habitación muy buena con colchones en muy buen estado que permitieron tener un buen descanso.

El hotel sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, buena cama, buena ducha, buena limpieza, buen desayuno, el personal muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestas a ayudar con consejos para disfrutar Esquel, menciono especialmente al restaurante El Biguá, excelente cocineros, rico y todo bonito a la vista, la presentación de los platos y el sabor, las mozas muy amables, para nosotros el mejor lugar para comer en Esquel, si tengo oportunidad de volver a Esquel sin duda elegiría el mismo hotel, también la ubicación es buena

Excelente atención, nos alojamos en dpto ( 302) dos dormitorios mas living comedor, heladerita, todos los ambientescon tv.Buena señal de wifi, 2 ventiladores de pie, comodas camas y buena ropa blanca.Fuimos con media pension, excelente desayuno y cena, casi a la carta y abundante con amplio horario ( de 7 a 10 y de 20 a 23:30) con estacionamiento descubierto sin cargo detras del hotel.Solo para mejorar, funcionaba solo un ascensor, viejo.Las instalacionesson antiguas, falta modernizar pero no afectó nuestra estadia de 7 noches. Confiteria 24 hs.$100 la carga de termo
