We stayed here for three days in the Rocco loft. The environment is green, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and there are special objects everywhere, but the complex made a somewhat outdated impression to us and did not entirely match the photos. We had a different expectation. - The jacuzzi was turned off and looked dingy (with stagnant water full of mosquitoes) - we would have liked to hear this before arrival because we had booked the stay partly for this - We had thought that there were all animals walking around freely, but most were unapproachable (behind a fence or far in the meadow). There are two cats, but they don't really come near you - The aqua park only opened once (on request and for a minimum of ten people). In itself good in terms of sustainability, but this would also be nice to know - You cannot have lunch or buy food there during the day; For that you really have to go to the village further away (good to take this into account). The breakfast is very good and extensive - We found the facilities to be minimal. The large swimming pool was lovely, but the table tennis table was lame, we did not see the football table, the mini golf is in full sun and the swing in the photo was locked (more of an attraction) - Furthermore, the air conditioning in our apartment did not work properly on all three days in the bedrooms (and one day in the living room) and there was a musty smell. The staff tried to fix the air conditioning (and had the ceilings opened), but that did not work during our entire stay and the next guests were already at the door. If I were the owner, I would have called the following guests to let them know and find another solution together. We only found out after the first night when we had already moved into the house, because there was no one at the reception upon arrival. Then we asked for another room, but it was not available and the air conditioning was supposed to be fixed the next day (but it was not). Otherwise we would really have moved. We eventually got some discount, but for us it was not really in proportion to the price we still paid.

Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen vor Ort. Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Zimmer hat gemüffelt. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft (17.00 Uhr) nicht besetzt. Es reagiert niemand auf Anfragen. Pure Abzocke.

Si tuviera que definir un hotel con encanto este sería el mejor ejemplo. Ideal para ir en familia y también con niños. Un lugar donde desconectar y descansar. El trato fue excepcional y nos ofrecieron un desayuno de lo más variado y completo. Un 10 para el personal.

schade man sieht, dass es mal ein schönes hotel war! aber leider heute alles abgeranzt! alte kinder spielgeräte machen den look noch schöbiger! es wird nicht verrstanden was es mal war. die betreiber verstehen nicht wie es sein könnte u d machen alles kaputt! schon auf dem parkplatz sieht man dass sich keiner kümmert. das restaurant war sicher mal nett aber auch da versteht keiner was es sein klnnte. die schönen vorhänge werdwn achtlos zur seitege schoben. ,tische stehen ohne anordnung herum! alles wirkt verlottert
