Leonardo Royal Suites Ibiza Santa Eulalia

Just returned from Ibiza. Loved Leonardos hotel. So much going on for the kids. The entertainers worked so hard to keep the kids happy. Food was amazing. Pools were spotless. If there was anything negative I would say the lack of shade by some of the sunbeds. We had a 3 year old with us and by the time we got to the pool most guests had been down early and put towels on the best beds. We did end up paying 10euros for the balinese beds so we had shade. Other than that maybe a smile from the pirate entertainer when he wasnt in full entertainer mode would have been nice. Great all round experience. Would definately recommend

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean, food is fab, view is lovely. Return visit, but we will not be returning again. At times the music and noise via microphones at the pool area was SO LOUD. I had an audiobook at full blast in my ears, but often couldn't hear it. Getting a table in the restaurant was sometimes difficult. You put something down on a table, get your food, come back and someone else is sitting there. I feel sure you could be shown to a table when you come in to avoid this tension. Finally - the fire alarms went off on 2 consecutive nights. 1st was at 04:30, chaos in the foyer. The alarms went off I think 3 times around that time. Apparently someone smoking in their room. During the following day there was new black cabling hanging from the ceiling on the 2nd floor. 2nd was the following night at 03:30. Many tired and angry people in the foyer, some with babies and small children. Alarms sounded I think 4 times over about 45 minutes. Guests (numerous!) were ignored whilst someone fiddled with an electrical box in an office behind the reception desk for AN HOUR. My daughter had to stop an angry woman barging into the staff area. Eventually someone (no name badges worn) came out with the same "smoking in a room" story. This was handled (not handled) very unprofessionally. Not so much as a free drinks voucher, and breakfast times were not extended the following days after we'd all been disturbed again in the night. Had there been a fire on night 3, people would have probably stayed in their rooms. At reception the following day a man told me the same thing had happened when they stayed here last year. We won't be back, which is a shame.

We had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza. The food was great throughout our stay, especially the breakfast — so many delicious options to start the day! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the entertainment team really made a difference — the evening shows were impressive and added a lot of fun to our nights. The hotel is in a good location, not in the party area of the island, which we actually appreciated — it was peaceful and relaxing, with everything still easily accessible. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
