As already mentioned several times, as well as discussed with your wife, it was a grained salt splinter of a Himalayan salt spice mixture. We took note of her advice at all departments and supported it immediately, but we cannot understand your statement in this context now. Furthermore, the note that it's temporary outsourced staff - we work in our house with in-house full-time employees.
