Wooden cottage 2009, living room/kitchen (45 m²), three bedroom with 2 beds in each, dressing room, washroom, sauna, hall, big terrace. Yard building (in use all year round): bunk bed for two.
Baby cot available for 20 e fee
Small hot tub heated with wood by customer. By separate arrangement owner can heat it as well.
Wireless internet-connection (4 G).
A maximum of 2 pets allowed, additional pet fee.
Nice view to lake Ruunavesi (lake Saimaa). On the shore there is a hot tub and pier. Same owner has got 2 other cottages in 120 - 180 m distance from Hot Pool Cottage Laurinranta: cottages 7588 and 7589.
All floor surfaces inside are tiled stone. A form of heating is comfortable underfloor heating. The living room fireplace brings additional warmth and ambiance. Information about fishing in the cottage, additionally separate place for fish processing and grill hut.
Owner hires out 4 outboard Motors (4 hp) , 3 rowing boats and a fishing boat.
In the area there is a campfire site and lean-to. Nature paths, sledding hill and campfire site in the area are in the guests free use. On opposite shore to cottage approx. 400 m away is Hyväsalmi road bridge.
Kolovesi National Park 11 km, Linnasaari National Park 25 km, Savonlinna 58 km, Enonkoski 26 km, Kerimäki 58 km. Pääskyvuori downhill ski resort 34 km, Ruunarinteet ski resort 65 km ja Tahko 170 km, Helsinki 387 km.
