Days Inn by Wyndham Englewood Dayton Airport

The customer service was awesome! It is a very clean place. The price was good. The TV was not working, but it was fine with me.

The stay was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was as expected. My only issue was not being advised during check-in I had to request to have room cleaned, new towels replaced and trash removed.

Price was great! Lot needs work. Area immediately adjacent is in poor condition. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice enough. Bed was not comfortable. Low quality bed and was lumpy. I literally bought a better pillow at Walmart for $20. Overall, I’d give it a five out of 10.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect until we took a shower in lukewarm water the next morning. I'm sure it's fixed by now. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The heater worked beautifully. Accurate and quiet.

Window had no screen or stop and my 3 year opened it. Luckily i was right there. Food from previous people that was completely black in the fridge. Floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in quite awhile.

Floor lamp in the living space (couch/coffee table area) no light bulb. Refrigerator was on but not cold. Only about 15 working tv channels on satellite so very slow to change. Mostly news. Pretty clean, although I found an unopened single serve butter from the dining area in the refrigerator. No black out curtain on window and bright parking lot lamps shining in all night. Staff was upbeat and friendly!

Bed was very comfortable , breakfast was good and Javon at the front desk was very helpful and very nice!!

Lots of parking. Easy check in/out. Lobby clean and welcoming. Clean room and comfortable bed. TV, microwave, refrigerator and all other appliances working and in good condition. Very quite. Solo traveler. Felt safe and secure! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is old and needs updated. The breakfast was gross and cheaply prepared. I can only imagine this is what prison food is like. No vending machines, and a small selection of about. 5 ridiculously priced candy bars and small bags of chips. You can hear others in their rooms and see light from the entry door coming into the room.no cell phone plugs on the lamps or desk. This hotel sucks. If it wasn't for the staff being so nice. I would request a full refund. I am an established google reviewer. This hotel is a $50 a night hotel at best.Haha I was getting pissed writing this thinking about how much I paid for this crappy room.Sincerely KH
