Great service and very good breakfast ! 20-minutes walk to the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hour to the Heathrow Airport. Will do it again if go for HotSpur’s match.

Lovely location and we had an upgrade to one of the best rooms upon arrival which was as a surprise! Lovely breakfast but Could do better with cleanness of the hotel.

Overall, the experience has been quite satisfactory, with the exception of the morning breakfast. Naga at the reception has been exceptionally helpful, always wearing a smile and attentive to guests' needs. He kindly invited me for dinner and explained the meal deal package, which sounded appealing. The service during dinner was exceptional, although the food was just okay. However, the morning breakfast was rather unpleasant and gave the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority. On a brighter note, the rooms are well maintained.

Since we last stayed over 2 years ago & vowed never to return, we found ourselves needing to book the same location. Abdul (Manager) & team have transformed this location to a pleasant hotel that looks after guests. Friendly & helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble. The only down side is the parking charges

They have amazing customer service. Where I met Evelyn, lovely young lady. Always smiling!!! very helpful and caring to her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable, very good hygiene. Also very easy to navigate around the hotel.

Evelyn was such a lovely girl, she help me check in and recommend me dinner and breakfast, i’m afraid I wasn’t able to make it for dinner but I made it for breakfast which I do have to recommend, she was working both days we was there and when she was around everything was tidy and organised, i’m glad to see a place like this specially since you don’t expect since it’s located near factories, I do think they need more staff personally even though they said they are fine. I would love to stay here again and please tell morning chef food was lovely !!! thank you Evelyn and morning team!

Very good experience at Premmier Inn. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, really made for the whole experience for my partner and I. One of the staff members, Evelyn, was exceptionally great. She was very kind and made us feel very welcome

The hotels Security guard gazi and the night team were asleep. Next morning went to complain to the manger and found out that the Security guard gazi is the manager who was asleep at night! Total joke!
