Welcome to the Flippin' Reward. This is our families personal beach house which we hope will feel like home to you as well! We have the house stocked with everything you should need... JUST BRING CLOTHES & BATHING SUITS. We are situated in the perfect location! We are steps away from the Sound and the public boat access ( there is a great park for the kids attached to the boat access). We are a 3 minute walk to the beach. PLUS we have spent the beginning of the Summer putting in our new heated and cooled pool! Perfect for a family pool day. The house is about a mile away from the hussel and bussel of town so you can enjoy the quiet but close enough to run to the store if you need anything. (or have it delivered. Our Instacart shoppers are excellent on the island) We are a kid friendly house as we have 3 small kids that love this house as well. All of the bathrooms are newly renovated. We hope you treat and love this house as much as our family has! This home has proven to be a perfect place for mult-generational getaway. Please note that our house is on a steep hill.
