Exercise room with equipment and Tennis Courts. Complex is oceanfront, condo is poolside. Kitchen is loaded with anything you will need for meals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation , Go Carts, water slide and much more!
Sky lights in upstairs bedroom allow for sunny room and remote blinds for those afternoon naps.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Note: Spiral Staircase.About customRules:GATE CARDS must be returned to the zipper pouch on the kitchen counter.
