Lovely and safe place in the rolling hills of Kosi Bay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a tent with proper beds and my own bathroom. Would very much recommend this place!

My daughter and I had a fabulous two nights at Kingfisher Bush Lodge in their Luxury Tented Chalets. Comfortable and clean accommodation with a deck overlooking a pan where we found their Kingfishers! The location was good to get to our booked activities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We didnt eat in the restaurant as we self-catered. This accommodation is recommended and we would definitely go back.

The place was amazing, beautiful site view. It's actually the best place for people who likes camping at the bushes. Breakfast was nice, and very cheap. It was my second visit i really enjoyed my stay

We spent one night here on our way to the Mozambique border. The hosts were amazing and since they were quiet we were upgraded to the luxury tented chalet. Comfy beds, clean and tidy. Had 2 lovely pools to cool off in on a really hot day. The tented chalets are air-conditioned which was a big bonus. Breakfast was excellebt, so much food! We also ate dinner at the restaurant, we had seen another review saying that they are not always open which is incorrect. They will always have food on offer but do need to know by 5pm if you're going to eat there or not so the staff can leave early if there aren't any diners. Highly recommended!

We loved the tented cabin. The lodging has a good kitchen and bath attached to the sleeping area which had room for a sofa for indoor days. We took all of our meals on the outdoor covered porch that also had an adjacent braii. We particularly liked the tented aspect of the lodging; at night having the flaps open to catch the breeze gave us a nice feel of being outside - but not camping. Other visitors should know that the restaurant and bar operates only on demand. This is a quiet place and most guests self cater as we did. In other words, it is not a fancy lodge with a lively night life at the bar. That said, it is quiet, the restaurant area and outdoor lounges had comfortable areas for sitting and to use the internet. The best part was the very helpful and friendly staff. W needed help booking tours, and the staff also helped with my phone issues and in pumping a flat tire our last morning. Not enough good things could be said about their helpfulness! Note that the road into the lodge is a bit rough without a four-wheel drive. This is not easy to find, but the entire area around Kosi Bay is remote.

Perfect settings, friendly staff, clean rooms in a beautiful area in Kosi bay. Great bird watching on the premises. The pool is a little small and without deckchairs but that's the only drawback. Accessible without a 4x4.
