White Iron Beach Resort

I could not recommend White Iron Beach Resort more for a family getaway in the beautiful Northwoods. Sandy & Kerry make everyone feel so welcome and there is so much to do for all ages. This is our 2nd year and we plan to continue coming to this resort as long as we are welcome! Our kids thrive there! Thank you to WIBR for providing us an amazing experience our family cherishes.

We had a great time at WIBR! Sandy and Kerry are the best hosts, very helpful and always available. The cabin was cozy and very clean with all the utilities we needed. We loved being right on the lake and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the porch with the beautiful lake view. We will be back!

This is an amazing resort. The grounds are kept so clean. This family is amazing. Do not hesitate on staying here. This is our 2nd year there with a large family in several cabins. Right on white iron lake. Beautiful views. Easy boat docks. This year was a little crazy with the flooding everywhere but they were out there everyday working to accommodate everyone

We started going to MN resorts in the mid-90’s. Each year we selected a new resort until we “found the one”. We found White Iron Beach Resort in our fourth year and now 25+ years later, we still return to WIBR. Our kids were in their pre/early teen years when we started coming here. They met other kids and remain friends today. My parents started joining us for a few days each year and enjoyed their time here, too. And, now, our grandkids have started enjoying it. I treasure those times we had and the memories made. The last two years, we’ve come in mid-September and have enjoyed the quiet of the fall. Fishing has been good, weather has been pretty good - perfect for jogging the area; and the fall foliage absolutely beautiful. WIBR is family oriented with a great beach, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for everyone to use. Kerry and Sandy are the best hosts you could ask for. 5 stars all around!

We recently returned from another outstanding stay. Sandy and Kerry are so very kind and they take great care of their property and guests. They, and their staff, hustle. It shows they all take great pride in the resort. Our cabin was perfect, very clean and well stocked. It's nice having our boat just feet away and ready to hop in and go. There is a wonderful beach that was groomed every day. Plenty of kayaks and paddle boards and great sand toys and play equipment for the littles. Again, everything was neat and tidy from sun up to sun down. A bonus for us is they are dog friendly. We decided to take our lab this trip, which we never do, and it was a great experience. The resident resort dogs are the best! Especially Fred. It's a great, but sad, feeling when it's checkout day and you never want to leave. We look forward to planning our next trip to WIBR.

Kerry & Sandy were very welcoming and very helpful. We love that there are resort dogs so we could get our puppy fix every day. Cabins had a wonderful view with plenty seating and fans for the hot days. A great place to unplug, fish, hike and explore!
