In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 800 m, shingle beach 150 m. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sports centre 5 km. We (2 adults 2 children) have just arrived back from staying at this villa in El Poblets Denia, we had an amazing time, the villa was perfect for us , very quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a nice chilled holiday, pool was great for the kids

The pool was the highlight, nice and deep. Water quality was checked. Cleanliness (dust) could be better, radiator fan blades air conditioning. Kitchen: sink cabinet should be checked, musty.
