Cell phone service is poor, there are service extenders for Verizon and T Mobile. **Pet friendly, pet fee of $100 required for up to two pets, an additional $50/pet required after two. Guest access Entire house except hall closet upstairs (owners' storage) and basement (other than washer & dryer). Guests may use the garage, though the upstairs storage area is not suitable for guests/pets.
