There is no buffet like on the website. There is also no smoking rooms. Although I booked a room that specifically said it was a smoking room……. Highly disappointed in the booking

The bed was so uncomfortable that I could barely walk the next morning. We were there for 2 nights and neither of us slept the first night and hurt so bad the next day. The mini fridge in the room did not work.

It’s not very often I arrive to a location early but when I did here I was told I could check in 25 minutes early if I paid a $25.00 fee. Now I realize there is a posted check in time so I am not unsympathetic to that. However she made the mistake of telling me they had rooms available but it was just their policy. I declined and sat in the lobby checking email etc. what was worse was watching an elderly couple come in with a walker, now ten minutes early, and seeing them tell them the same thing. They had enough trouble getting in the door, why not just check them in. Parking was horrible with some event going on and there was no breakfast in the hotel at all. This is not what I expect from a ****** and most likely not a place I will return to.

No hand soap in the bathroom. Also main door to the room would not shut all the way had to force it to shut.

Stay here for business travel all the time. Good location, friendly staff, decent fitness facility.

The hotel looks great and the staff was very pleasant. The room was fine and comfortable. It was disappointing that the bar in the hotel was closed when we were there. It was a short walk to the ****** and the weather was nice, but it would have been nice to just have a drink in the hotel. Also we were not aware that they had coffee and juice in there in the morning as it was not mentioned when we checked in.

The property was clean and very lovely. I had a room with a river view, which was nice to look out on. It was a secure building and for the most part, quiet. I had one weekend night when the people across the hall were a bit noisy, but not for a long period of time. The ****** was a short walk away, so that was convenient. The ****** offers three different restaurants. I did go to get a Latten around 8 or 9am on Monday morning, but the machine was being cleaned, so I was unable to purchase one. I thought the timing was not a great choice to clean a latte machine.
