Royal Nidri Hotel & Apartments

Brilliant weeks stay in a studio. Large room and comfortable bed - great air conditioning and handy small kitchenette should you want to self cater- (would be nice to have a walk in shower but shower over bath was fine). Breakfast was delightful ( some bread rolls would have been a bonus). Staff are all very friendly and hotel spotless. Pool lovely. The fact the hotel is off the main ***** is great - a nice rural feel yet 2 min walk to Nydri’s abundance of great tavernas and bars yet still got the feel of unspoilt compared to Spanish resorts and larger Greek resorts. Taking the ferry to Meganísi ( Spartochori) is a must! If travelling with Jet 2 Holidays - please IGNORE the building work letter- this is a small villa at rear of hotel and no noise at all despite the work taking place plus the hotelier is very hospitable in giving you a balcony not overlooking it - however if you did it would mean a wonderful view of the green mountains and rural outlook so no problem. All in all a fabulous stay!

Amazing, friendly, hospitable staff. Really clean and spacious rooms. We upgraded to the deluxe 1 bed apartment and it was wonderful. Big balcony, and lots of space for my family. We booked with Jet2 who emailed us prior to the stay to say building work may disrupt the stay. This was a vast exaggeration and any noise was minimal and barely noticeable. Please don’t change your booking because of this.

Simply The best hotel in town! Small cosy lots of Dutch people. The owners are the best! So helpfully with everything. Location perfect, lunch and drinks good. Staff very very friendly. Really recommend this hotel in Nidri!!

Wonderful week at the Royal Nidri. Very warm welcome by the host- this is a small luxurious family run hotel. The place is kept spotless and they must have an amazing maintenance team as the place looks new. Room was bigger than any we have had in Greece previously, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the finished and decor, and little extras (Pool Towels, Robes, Slippers, soap, boy wash, water in fridge) We errr self caring but had breakfast on one day. Lovely wide choice of continental plus section of freshly prepared hot items, cooked to order. Food around the pool was also of high quality and a good variety. Communism areas always spotless, pool area felt tranquil even though hotel was full. Great location, flat 100m walk to main road where you will find great selection of bars and restaurants. Beach only 5 minute walk. Staff were all fab, warm, welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping cleaned our room to high standard daily. Thank you RN. If we are eve in the area we will most definitely stay with you. Most definitely deserving of a higher star rating, hope you will achieve this soon.

THE BEST!! I can't tell you how much we appreciate this family who runs this hotel... they are the nicest& friendliest Greeks we've ever met! The hotel is super, very clean, best food, good pool, extremely good service, great room, quiet, lovely cocktails and nearby the center of Nidri. But when you are in need or troubles, this family and staff will do anything for you!! And we will never forget what they have done for me and my family, so grateful 🙏. Lefkas is a beautiful island and this is THE BEST HOTEL to stay. ❤️

Didn’t stay at this hotel but the bar is excellent if you want a quiet drink before going out or on your return. The bar staff were excellent, having only been in once on our second visit the barman already had glasses ready by the time we reached the bar .

We found the hotel to be top quality. Room was spacious and airy. Comfortable beds. Very clean room and bathroom. Pool area clean and spacious. Comfortable sun beds too. Quality of food was excellent. Drinks menu was very good and reasonably priced. Staff……. all the staff are exceptional from the cleaners to the owners and family. We could not find anything to complain about. It was a perfect holiday. Hotel is in an ideal location. We don’t go back to the same place as the world is too big but we are returning to this hotel next year. Please note, sparrows pinch your crisps 😆

Only stayed for 2 nights, but cannot fault anything. Service was fantastic, rooms incredibly clean, pool and bar area perfect and always beds available. Breakfast was great too. What’s not to like?! Highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here many times. The staff are so so attentive, nothing is too much trouble. It’s family run and very friendly. It’s close to the center but not too close. It’s very clean and the pool area, jacuzzi and bar is a lovely place to relax with fantastic mountain views. The welcome is always warm. I celebrated my birthday here and Chrissa who owns the hotel took the trouble to get me a cake and decorated my room with fresh flowers and leaves which was so lovely. If you are looking for a great hotel then thdd ex royal Nidri is fantastic. Thanks for another great time.
