Newly renovated, hot tub and 1 mile from town, across from Holimont!

A great place to experience Elliocottvillle Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps to complete on your way out. Only negative feedback was the parking, walkway, and stairs down into the property were covered in ice when we arrived. Shovels were available and we were able to get the stairs cleaned off. I know it can be hard to keep that stuff clean during the winter, but it wasn’t the safest to traverse while carrying items to and from the car. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. Would recommend this property and owners if you’re looking for a comfy spot while in town.

Great Ski Weekend Wonderful property, close to slopes and town. Everything you could ask, for a multi family ski weekend.

Mini break 16 of my good friends escaped the city and had some outdoor fun with games and music. Everyone left happy.
