ホテルスタッフは非常に感じが良かったが、設備のふるさと清潔さ、快適さに難あり。
ホテルにドライバー用の宿泊施設があることもあり、ドライバーに勧められて予約したものの、次は泊まりたくない
•隣の部屋が玄関前のスペースで宴会していて騒がしかったため、部屋交換を依頼。移動後も外でカラオケしているためうるさかった
•シャワールームにゴキブリみたいな虫の死骸があった
•シャワールームが下水のような匂いがした
•シャワーはお湯がいつまで経っても出なかった
•ビュッフェの種類、味はイマイチ
•景色は抜群に良い

Fully worth 1000 dollars for Swimming Pool Room, Spa, Pool table, Gym, & Restaurant with Splendid Views of the Ella Gap, Lil' Adam's Peak, Ella Rock & vegetable gardens in the distance. Service is authentic ancient Sri Lankan Recommended !

6.85689°, 81.05859° With crowded Ella full of tourists, the Ella Mount Heaven hotel far outside Ella is not an alternative at all. Firstly, a tuk-tuk ride from Ella cost you 1500 rupees. Secondly, this hotel exists because of busloads of tourists visiting the restaurant, not the rooms. Thirdly, only Sri Lankans stay in this worn-out hotel. You enter the hotel on the upper level because the lower levels with restaurant and rooms are glued to the rock. A maze of stairs takes you to these levels full of second-hand furniture. No architect was involved in its design: the hotel or former hotels expanded organically in DIY fashion without any consideration, resulting in lots of spaces and small and large stairs: hell for disabled people. The rooms are on the sunrise side away from the noisy road. In March 2024, our room 303 was on minus 3 level (B3) with double verandas and worn-out interiors from second-hand shops, with a comfortable double bed, good air-conditioning, cold shower, television and intermitting and disconnecting Wi-Fi reception. Ella Mount Heaven hotel is not an alternative for an Ella hotel. Stay away.

My experience at Ella Mount Heaven Hotel was unfortunately disappointing. While the location and ambiance were promising, the overall stay fell short of expectations. The room cleanliness was subpar, which was a letdown upon arrival. Additionally, the food quality did not meet the standards I anticipated for a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, I encountered a frustrating issue with the billing at checkout, where the final bill differed significantly from what was initially communicated. This discrepancy added unnecessary stress to my departure.

Terrible Experience: Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Despite booking our room months in advance and paying the required deposit, they refused to give us a room upon arrival. The staff were extremely rude, and it felt like they were doing everything in their power to make our stay unpleasant. The room we eventually got was a disaster. It was dirty, the AC was broken, and the overall condition was far from what you’d expect from a reputable hotel. To make matters worse, the hotel staff, from ground staff to management, were incredibly unprofessional. They were hostile and even used threatening language towards us when we tried to address the issues. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. To top it all off, when it was time to check out, they attempted to overcharge us, adding to the frustration of an already terrible stay. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Save yourself the stress and choose somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect and get the service you deserve.

Our recent stay at Ella Mount Heaven was marred by an unfortunate experience with their customer service. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the price for our package had increased from what was initially agreed upon. Despite discussing and finalizing a different amount, the final bill presented to us was significantly higher. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in pricing were disappointing and soured our overall impression of the hotel's integrity.Owner Upali’s act was totally disappointing..Not recommended to all ..Worst place i ever visited

If you are looking for a place to visit in Ella please don't even think to book this place. Worst place, not clean at all. When we reached the hotel after an online booking looking at the terrible condition of the hotel we rejected to stay in that place and they rejected to repay the advance payment. To the Mangement : if you try to play cheap you will not find good customer base.

I m National local guide,i went with to see the ravana waterfall alone with my client and family and went for quick drink to this place,the worst place ever i really disappointed of this place ,they overcharge way over the limit also they literally change the price what was mention at beginning, also they fail to submit the menu once they demand it ,i would never take my clients here ever again

very good place to enjoy, good views and environment, safety and secured place for all locals and foreigners, our kids enjoyed much, and locations is unique place. more our friends recommended us to visit this. i too recommend all guest and to visit this place.
