Hotel have issues with the Air Conditioning,also they need to switch the pillows,no free breakfast you have to pay for what they have there to eat and the price eh not worth what they promoting need better services with the clients personal need better protocols but only one person was very nice his name is G cool person but they need to makes some changed job also the maintenance departments need to do a better job with the rooms and again fixed the Air Conditioning eh Was very hot need to be get in up to turn in on the is very ridiculous I spend almost 6 days and no body also ask me if I need to clean my room 👎👎👎👎

Would definitely stay again! Beautiful property, friendly staff, and super convenient area for what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel was in good condition, rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. However the heating/cooling fan in the room was so noisy, my husband barely slept. The water in the bathroom was also super cloudy.

Very contemporary hotel with convenient free parking close to expressway. Sound of whooping wind all night as the windows in the hotel are very cheap. Bed not very comfortable and no overhead light in the room. Scratchy towels. Checkin staff acted like it was their first day.

Clean , comfortable and plenty of fun. The bar and food was amazing the boombox drink was so good and cute. Games, swimming the fire place area was my favorite I felt so cozy.

Wonderful stay!! Very very nice staff, super clean! Did not expect to walk into a party in the lobby celebrating NYE so that was definitely a plus! Will definitely keep this hotel in mind when staying in the area again! Beyond 5 stars for me!!

The New Year’s party was awesome. I booked this as a last resort and I must say we had a blast. The party was great and it was alot of families having a great time. The rate for the room was reasonable as well compared to all the other hotel rates for this day. Thank you guys so much Aloft. There was a dj and complimentary food. Also, a ballon drop at midnight. This is definitely a great place to go with your family.
