We are currently staying at the hotel, everything is very nice.They prepare it as in the photo whenever you want.We are currently staying in April 2024 and almost everywhere has changed.If all the employees are hanging around you, to ensure you have a nice holiday. Thank you green paradise hotel

We turned up at 11pm after 18 hours of travelling to be told there was no rooms for us and we'd been transferred 55mins away!! Hotel manager is a joke,. basically told us to just go and find the new hotel, turns out they'd told our holiday company we booked through that the hotel had been flooded the day we were arriving! But clearly a LIE as there was a disco on and people still staying at the hotel. We've been moved to a complete dive, no working lift, not enough beds so we are sharing ... Don't EVER waste your money or time booking this vile place.

My friend and I took a very last minute cheapy break and had a thoroughly nice time. We're in our 50s and just wanted to chill, that's exactly what we got. The whole vibe of this hotel was very relaxed, exactly what we needed. We were all inclusive, for the first 2 days, the food wasn't great and it was cold. From the 3rd day, it became really nice so we deduced there may have been a different chef. We're not really 'drinkers' but did sample the odd one or 2. The drinks are definitely not watered down! Everything is geared up for outdoors, luckily we didn't have any rain, and it was lovely to eat right by the sea. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you would need to catch a bus or get a taxi to go out and about. Would I go to this hotel again? Yes, it was a very relaxing break

Cleanliness is completely lacking, both in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel and especially in the restaurant and terrace. Cats and puppies wander awkwardly around the hotel and leave fleas. The furniture in the restaurant under any criticism is miserable. Chairs with protruding and stained nails. It is eaten from cardboard plates. The mattress on the bed is miserable and full of hair, the room is cleaned after 7 days. The towels were changed only after 5 days when I went to the reception to change them. And the biggest problem is the employees who are aggressive.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Everywhere was absolutely filthy. Exposed wires hanging down. Lots of lights not working. 2 single beds of different heights pushed together and made up with ripped stained sheets. Staff were unhelpful and rude. After complaining they just rolled there eyes and shrugged. We left the hotel of horrors after one hour and checked into another hotel. Also 4 and half hour coach ride to location

This hotel was the worst place we have been to. The hotel was filthy dirty. We had dirty mattresses outside our hotel room, there was blood drops on the walkway to the room, tiles were cracked and missing all over the place, the shower looked like it had never been cleaned all summer if not longer, our so called double bed was two singles pushed together ( even single mattresses) at different heights with a double sheet with holes in. When we complained the staff did not give a sh*t. The pool look filthy. We stayed for an hour and moved to another hotel (Haydarpasha Hotel). Although this cost us more money it was the best money ever spent. I WOULD NOT CALL THIS PARADISE MORE LIKE A DETENTION CENTRE. Do not stay there.

We arrived early hours in the morning and the No one was in reception. We waiting then a man came no welcome just come and took us up 5 flights of stairs to a room on the roof. It was ok clean but basic. In the morning we went to find the breakfast room .. it was overlooking the beach outside. No cups only plastic cups for tea coffee beer soft drinks no glasses for these cold drinks unless you pay for a cocktail! The food was not ok for me it was all salad and chips chips burger. Bread without butter. The music was loud and went on for the first 2 nights till early hours. Then someone must have complained as the music stopped at a decent time. Even our rep didn’t like to come to this hotel as he have had some run in with them with the cleanliness and how they speak to customers. I do say thou the housekeepers work extremely hard up and down the 5 stairs as no lifts. The high light of my day was walking back into the room to find a swan flowers or fish that the cleaners had made. It truly made my holiday.

Very bad hotel staff is horrible, ignored us, not polite. Don't even say Hello welcome sorry. Baf place& people. No managet, food is disgusting, rooms are disgusting WiFi is bad can use in lobby. Run

First when we come in there we got one bed for three adults. The hotel room was like so bad, smell bad. insects. After a lot of discussion, we got madress to lay in. We ordered room for three adults with 4 star hotel, and we got this. Toilet was mold everywhere, couldn't splash the toilet so we used the garbage basket to splash out. The handle of balcony was fell down. We three got biten everywhere while we sleeping. If someone give this hotel a good review is total fake.
