Excellent views of beach. Staff helpful, good food, great knowledge of local area. We will definitely will come back to this hotel again we are 5 off us we really have good time and down the beach we meet information guy yunus from @davinciinkalanya his very kind and smile helpful all the time smile face to us very kind off us thank you very much for recommend davinciinkalanya you are the best

Myself an my misses enjoyed our time at Senza gardens resort, Alanya. So much so that we even extended our holiday for a further 5 days during our time there we met an amazing gentleman who I believe was called Yunus, he helped us with everything, he was a great support whilst at the resort, very nice guy. He was very informative and always had a smile on his face. He was absolutely brilliant with our Son too. We found a lot of the other staff also friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful, the views was out of this world. A lot of walking was involved so please take this into account if you struggle to walk or have a buggy. We can’t wait to return.

We returned to Senza Garden Hotel after staying here last June, and it was just as wonderful — if not better! The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel at home. A special mention to the friendly tattoo informator guy Yunus we met — such a lovely and genuine person. So happy we came back. Highly recommended!

I visited here with my best friend last week and we were very nervous due to some of the awful reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms we were given were standard and generally clean with working air-con. The food was tasty with a large range but it can get a little repetitive. The main pool by the restaurant was great, we managed to easily get a sun-bed every day with no issue, same with down at the beach. The drinks were okay, nothing special but we still enjoyed them! The other reviews were correct in saying that it is a very large resort so there is a lot of walking, but we didn’t mind as we just took it slow. The main thing that we had in issue with was how pushy some of the people trying to sell excursions were. Down at the beach you don’t get harassed too much but at the pools it is quite often. The man trying to sell tattoos in particular is very pushy and made me and my friend feel quite awkward in the first few days (he “jokingly” stole my sunglasses, and playfully tapped/hit us a few times which we didn’t like at all but too polite to say anything). The decor is a little outdated including the bars, restaurant and general area but with some TLC this place could look so much lovelier. To sum it up, you get what you pay for, it’s not an expensive hotel so don’t expect it to be perfect. We had a lovely week together in the sun, reading and drinking, so we were both happy with our stay overall.

NOT A 5 STAR! I would be kind and say 2 star at best. Where do I start…. The hotel room was crawling with ants, the shower was covered in limescale along with missing tiles, the sink was barely on the wall as it was just welded to a rod and filler which was barely sealing it to the wall at all. The floor in areas was lifting, the beds looked already used as the bedding wasn’t neat and was Infact dirty with staining and visual dirt. The toilet still had previous users stains along with female sanitary products in the toilet bin. The walls, floors and windows were very very dirty. There was no safe to secure any valuable items. We raised these issues to staff who got very loud and angry about this and we were told we haven’t met our LoveHolidays rep yet. We didn’t care about a rep but we were told if we don’t have a meeting with him he can cancel our transfers back to the airport including our flights! Apparently the meeting was to confirm our transfers and flights (which I’ve never heard of) so we had a meeting and it was to try sell us excursions and group trips etc. we requested our room to be changed to which they told us this wasn’t possible so we asked for cleaners to attend to our room which we were told the rooms are only cleaned every two days. We went back up to our room to have a look online at other options but there was no wifi. We come back to the lobby and they told me it was a charge of £41 for the weeks worth of wifi to which I told the receptionist I only needed it for the afternoon. I was made to pay the full £41!!! We immediately booked the earliest flight home (the next morning) and we slept ontop of the bed in our clothes until we could leave as the sun come up. The hotel refused to book us a transfer to the airport until another member of staff intervened. We had to pay in advance a sum of £113 for the transfer which then took us to the airport. Highly highly recommend staying as far as you can from Senza Garden. Our 7 day all inclusive lasted less than 40 hours! Disgustingly rude staff, disgustingly kept facilities, disgustingly kept rooms, disgusting place to be.
