Kemal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

Where do I begin how Im disatisfied with this hotel it is really terrible and definetly not a 5star hotel more like a 3 star. -We booked a sea view room however when we arrived there were none rooms available as it was overbooked so we been given room 1124 no explanation nothing. We told that to the guy who help us with our luggage and the reception told that we will be moved the next day and we were fine with that. However when we went for a snack and came back saw that there are coackroaches in the room. I called the reception however no one speaka or understanda english. I went to the reception and told them to give us a different room as Im with a toddler who sleeps in a coat which is low on the floor. The hotel staff Fatih translated on google translator if we want the pesticides to be sprayed and we sleep there remembering this was happening between 11-12 at night, did he thinks he sprays pesticides and im going to sleep with a toddler in the room breaching in all the pesticides? I told him that we are not sleeping there and to give us the room that we booked. Then he started being very rude raising his voice telling me to call the agency i booked with and then tried to speak to my husband ignoring me. He should not be discriminating just because Im a women I told him that and dig get into an a very big argument he even tried to call a security for my husband but what my husband was telling him that je should not be discriminating and speaking in his language about us with his other staff. the other staff started to come Fatih down. At the end we been given a room on 5th floor when we were taken there there was ant nest above the bed and loads of ants on the duvet. I went back and told them we are not sleeping in this room then he put another few rooms on the list and I went to check them however the other room also had the same problem with ants at the end we stayed at the 4th room that he showed just for that night. This was happening all at 1 am by the time they moved us through all the rooms. The next morning i went to see the manager and started telling that we didnt receive a sea view room and started explaining how Fatih treated us however he wasnt very interested and asked one of his staff to show us the sea view room, which was fine.then we came back to the reception and i tried to tell him again about one of his staff named Fatih and he just said he will check the cameras didnt even apologise for his behaviour and gave us a card for 15min free massage to go away which we didnt use. -This hotel has very big problem with ants i seen them in the lobby bar where the tissues are while getting breakfast in the eating area. -This hotel allows to take food into the rooms which should be forbidden and has designed boxes to leave any plates/food or cups on the floors. People leave food in them and they collect the plates from those specific stands very rarely i seen loads of ants there. -The staff working in the hotel majority are very inex

As a frequent traveler due to my work, I've stayed in countless hotels around the world. My friends recommended this particular spot in Antalya as a perfect blend of tranquility and excitement. The private pavilion I rented, situated in the heart of the sea, provided a peaceful haven for my daily work while allowing me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea. Occasionally, I’d even catch a glimpse of the lively poolside entertainment. Some evenings, they’d host grand pier parties, which were always a blast. One night, I indulged in a delightful dinner at the A la Carte restaurant, followed by a romantic meal on the terrace, savoring their exquisite cuisine. The staff were incredibly courteous and respectful, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. I especially appreciated the guest relations manager, Ismail Bey, who was always on hand to assist with any queries or requests. My sea-view room was a delightful retreat, and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shows, which were both entertaining and engaging. In short, I had a fantastic time, combining relaxation with enjoyment. I'm eager to return to this wonderful place on my next trip to Antalya.

We were staying for 7 days with my family of 10 people. Everything was perfect. Nice, clean rooms. Delicious foods. Nice people in the staff. This was the first time that we have attended Turkey, but for sure not the last. Try it, you wont regret.

The hotel is newly opened, so they are finding their feet (to be expected) Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable The evening entertainment was incredible Particular thanks and shoutouts to Erdi, Nurettin, and Gokdeniz ! super friendly and helpful staff :) Food was tasty but lacked variety sometimes The sea was beautiful in the morning but got dirty in the afternoon Poolside beds were limited and reserved by guests early in the morning, but there were always plenty to choose from down on the pier Overall, happy with the holiday and had a great time!

Our experience started when coming to the hotel for check in. We came 18:30 and were waiting next hour and half for check in. We have a little baby. And I needed to feed him dinner and it was already his bedtime. We were not happy at all after we finally got the room. It was smelly the whole time. The smell came from the bathroom. It was dirty and minibar was empty and not cooling. When you are in the country where the tap water is not drinkable you expect to have it in the minibar every day. Minibar was not filled with drinkable water so we were forces to come for it to the bars in the hotel. We found moth in the curtains. The floor was totally dusty and dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Shower leaking and toilet had brown stain(you know from what). Plus the toilet cover was broken on one side. Catastrophe. So again we were waiting for housekeeping to fix it. During the stay housekeeping did not clean our room properly. I needed to call the reception several times for fresh towels and toilet paper. So i was waiting for towels the whole day because we got them in the evening. Then a la carte restaurants were not opened. Kids club opened five days after we came. The place was still dusty from the construction work. Not suitable for kids first day. In the hotel the constructions works are still in progress so you can hear the noise the whole day. Also at the beach. One day they glued the carped on the stairs and the smell was all over the hall all the way to our room. Because we had the first room. At breakfast they did not fill the meal with same. For ex. Cooked oat milk porridge. They put only dry oats to milk instead of cooking it. One day there were not chocolate and fruity yogurts or bananas… i ask for them and answer was i dont have it. Few dishes did not have a name tag so did not know what it was. Last day at breakfast i was happy that there was finally bananas or chocolate but for change i found a black hair under the fried egg. I informed waiter. Upon check out we were not asked about our stay. The hotel is understaffed. Not 5* hotel at all. I advise you to choose another hotel in Turkiye.

(08.06.2024-14.06.2024) I had higher expectations from a totally renovated hotel. First of all, when we arrieved, the whole hotel smells of glue (at The 5 floor they just were laying The capet on The floor) When we came into our room, the floor was dirty and the trash can in the bathroom was full. No robes, just towels. After we asked , they gave us 2 bathrobes. the food was tasty but little variety. Snacks at the bar were not every day I would say that the hotel is ok, but for sure not “ultra all” The aquapark works from 10.00-12.00 and 15.00-17.00. For kids the aquapark is ok but too few sunbeds The beach is perfect. Sand and very clean water
