Tui Blue Pascha Bay

Last day of a 10day break at TUI Blue Pascha Bay. Can’t fault it. Free upgrade to superior room on arrival, excellent and fresh food (plenty of choice). Location and beach beautiful. Great and friendly staff. No complaints, lovely resort. Book for next season, you won’t be disappointed.

Came as a family of 8 with 2 young children, good value for money. Food was good if your not fussy! Had an ajoining room not by choice, you can hear EVERYTHING, from the residents next door. It’s awful, as we stayed for 2 weeks we had a lot noise from neighbours at all hours. Visited the spa, was told I needed “medical massages” as I’m retaining water apparently. My partner and mother was also told they need “medical massages”. Upon booking packages of 10 each, the massages we received were definitely not “medical”. Just standard massage, - (I am trained myself in level 3 massage). I was not covered up with a towel correctly a lot of the time, resulting in my bum/breasts Being exposed a lot of the time . They have the doors open and expect you to strip off and get on the massage beds, everyone walking past. Entertainment starts at 7.30pm for kids and adult entertainment doesn’t start till 9pm, would make more sense for kids entertainment to start a lot earlier. Once seated for breakfast & lunch you don’t get served drinks so make sure to grab one on the way down. Dinner for the first week we had a lovely waiter who would bring drinks; however they did a “turn over” where the staff move venue. For the second week no drinks served at dinner and a lot of plates left for the duration of the meal.

OMG what can I say all the children absolutely loved the holiday here. We came home yesterday and it was worth every penny and more. Food wasn't always amazing but we never went hungry and it's all inclusive so you can't be expected to love everything. Room was cleaned everyday unless we was in room due to children being tired but still got clean towels. I cannot praise the staff enough they was all so helpful when needed and constantly cleaning and on top of everything. It was my youngest sons 8th birthday while we was there and they made his day so special it's 1 he will never forget! I don't usually return to the same hotel due to wanted to see different places but I would definitely return to this hotel again. It really was great.

The Traverna Restaurant Service by: Zübeyir and mehmet fetteh ugurcen, Cem. You can make a reservation for one time a week for free. I must say its a wonderfu experience. Since we were checking for reservations for our last night and they would be closed, they went above and beyond to still squeeze us in. And what a suprise this was! We were told they only had some “left overs” which we were fine with as we were already glad we got the chance to eat eat here. The staff went up and beyond to make it a wonderfull experience. The food was delicious and the service was excelent. Would 100% go here again.

my famliy really likes this hotel my parentes and Big sister have been her 7 times back at 2000 and my first time was in 2019 so it is really really good hotel the workers are Nice, sweet and helps When you need it. The food is good 10/10 the cleaning is great. They have pools for everybody like a baby pool a kids pool, and a pool for other peopel. They have to poolbars which are super Nice they have good bartenders and good drinks. They allso have a Waterpark whit slids. And a Big Beach. The stafement are super Nice peopel they are funny, sweet, and knows what they are doing. They allso have kids innertaintment which is good and alot off other stuff

We stayed at TUI Pasha Bay for 14 days. The hotel is not 4 stars but rather 2.5 stars, the pictures on the internet do not correspond to the reality, you should put pictures of the hotel from 2024; the rooms are old, the furniture is old, the bathrooms are very dirty, it would be necessary to be deep cleaned; the food is very bad, there is no variety, every day I got about the same thing, mashed potatoes, zucchini, chicken or turkey; not too much fish, beef or other types of meat; and I am convinced that the food was not always fresh because it was dry and like leftovers from lunch were used for dinner; there is no food for children or babies; every day (fried salami with fried potatoes, peas and pasta); no baby soups or healthy food; if you want to drink a fresh fruit/vegetable juice you have to pay 2.5 euros; the juice they offer is from concentrate and it is impossible to give it to your child; the cakes were very dry, you could see that they were not fresh; the tables are also not cleaned on time, and there is no place on the terrace to eat, by the fan, when it is very hot; poorly trained staff, they don't smile, they don't say hello, they are not very interested in guests, especially the reception and waiters. Every day I found dirty plates at the restaurant! The beach has no sand, only gravel; They don't have entertainment, that is, every evening there were two girls who did quizzes with children; once I was like Turkish night with some show and that's it! Very weak! It's not the first time we've stayed at a TUI hotel and we've always left pleasantly impressed with every vacation we've spent at them, but this time, it was the worst choice to choose TUI Pasha Bay. When we checked out no one asked us how our stay was or even said goodbye! I did not receive the services I paid for! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
