Royal Park Hotel - All Inclusive

Stay away!!! Do not book it!!! Waiting for a refund, I left the hotel on my expenses the same day evening. No hot water in the shower, no aircon, no water in the poop or mouldy water, no soft drinks....

I wish we had read the reviews before booking. Anyway we went expecting the worse and well it didn't disappoint! The hotel is far from a 4-star - more like a 1-2 star. The photos and description on love holidays were incredibly misleading and not not reflect the reality of this place. The hotel was extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and unclean throughout. The waterpark was closed and the pool was green and murky so in 29 degrees I couldn't just go for a dip as the pool looked grim! The hotel has sister hotels next to each other and there pools were drained and left empty so everyone was all using the one sunbathing area and pool also. Other facilities such as the spa and bowling were closed too. The sunbeds were chained to the parasols, making it difficult to adjust then for sun or shade and most of them were broken in some way. Well the food was quite frankly diabolical - consistently cold, lacking variety, and inedible. On several occasions there was plain pasta available even for breakfast amongst some fish dish and starchy rice. We went to the shop for most things and eat out as down the road there is a couple of restaurants and on top of that they often ran out of basic drinks like sprite and the water was unfiltered and unpleasant to drink so again got bottles from the shop. Staff were unhelpful and at times outright rude they did not care at all but who can blame them, probably treat poorly, low pay and working long shifts. One evening there were no plates available at dinner, and rather than addressing the issue, staff simply shut the doors and ignored guests. The so called a la carte restaurant is a more upgraded buffet at one of the sister hotels, don't get me wrong is was a lot better and the hotel was too but it was certainly not a la carte and can only book once! Thank god we were only there for a week. anyway lesson learnt and a complaint put into love holidays, we would never return even if they paid us! I can imagine it was nice when it first opened and there is some real opportunities for this place but it hasn't been upkept at all.

Do not go!! Absolutely abysmal. This place is not a holiday, it is a Bombsite. Disgraceful that LOVEHOLIDAYS are still selling this as a 4* resort. No drinks available except ouzo or carlsberg. Food unlabelled, unrefridgerated and reheated multiple times. It is an absolute health hazard.

How is this place allowed to opened its absolutely disgusting it’s 1 star hotel the food was cold the place is clearly abandoned it should be shut down not safe in anyway wall and sealing panels missing the place was absolutely filthy carpets unclean

Would never recommend this hotel. Hotel from hell. Place is disgusting half the drain grills round the pool are broken or missing. Hardly any drinks at the bars. Food was disgusting if there was any food at all. Been better staying in a refuse tip

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Do not ever book this hotel!!!! The rooms did not look like the photos they had dirt and grim all over the place the balcony was all cracked and broke the food was terrible same food everyday and always cold DO NOT STAY HERE!
